Products are dispatched in several parcels in padded envelopes from several countries. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion and are prepared with the utmost care and precaution, specifically to minimize parcel size. IMPORTANT NOTES: When you ship to POBOX or PMB BOX shipping name must match the name you rented mailbox otherwise they will not leave package in your mailbox even is same number.

AIRMAIL SHIPPING:
This type of shipping does NOT require signature. Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive under 12 days, while 20-30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still others will show up at around 30 working days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us. If an order fails to arrive, we will resend 100%(read Seizures & Damaged Items link) registered with tracking to a new address.
Regular Mail Shipment is delivered via first-class, priority airmail. Cost of regular shipment is $20 per parcel.
IMPORTANT NOTES: For Canada we will send only AIRMAIL without tracking. This is recomended shipping with best success for this country. If you choose another type of shipping then you are doing on your risk
REGISTERED AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING:
This type of shipping REQUIRES signature, but is much faster then AIRMAIL and we have had great success with it in the past, and many happy customers. However, if you will not be home to sign for the package, then there can be multiple problems, so this method of shipping is not recommended. You can also track the package worldwide if you wish (there are some situations when tracking online does not work but this is a system error from postal services). This is not of great import, as those packages still arrive faster than when sent by AIRMAIL.
IMPORTANT NOTES: For this type of shipping "REGISTERED AIRMAIL WITH TRACKING" it is best to use real name incase you miss the postcard. It will then be waiting for you at your local post office in which case you will need to show I.D. to retrieve your postcard.

If your order contain 10 ml vials and you choose as shipping option REGISTERED AIRMAIL with tracking you can expect to receive 10 ml vials with tracking as your choosed or WITHOUT TRACKING ! WE DONT OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR MOMENT. Express delivery REQUIRES a signature as well. Express-3-day delivery is also available for some products; simply ask about availability. Express comes with a tracking number also; the cost for express shipment is $55 per parcel. Please note the following, however: EXPRESS shipment IS NOT INSURED. We will not resend parcels if an express delivery is seized. (See our resend policy) Finally, please note that we ship orders in maximum 3-4 days after funds are received.
