A: The AlinShop ordering process has been streamlined and refined to bring you the most convenient service available anywhere. All available products are clearly displayed in the online store section of the site. To purchase them, you simply add the item(s) you wish to order by clicking on the shopping cart icon to the right of the number found on the site. By continuing to do this, you You can easily add as many of the same item as you like - or purchase different items by repeating the process with different products.
Q: How do I calculate the total for my order(s)?
A: Again, in order to bring you maximum convenience, our online service and shop will automatically calculate your total, as well as how many packages your order will require for discrete shipping. Once you have completed your online order, simply click on the checkout button.
Q: What do I do once I have clicked on the items I want to order?
A: Once you have decided on your purchase and clicked on the items, it is strongly suggested that you review your cart's contents for accuracy. There are no flaws with our online ordering software, and never have been, but however, you could easily have thought you clicked on something and it didn't actually register, or perhaps we are out of stock and you didn't notice, or anything else of a number of things could happen. Nobody is perfect, and just as we double and triple check every parcel we send out, we ask that you double check your order.
Q: What types of shipping are available?
A: You will notice that at the bottom of the shopping cart list there is a shipping section. In this section, you will see a description field for each of the various types of shipping we offer. We have available Airmail, Registered Airmail with tracking (recommended) as well as Express. It is highly recommended that you read about the various shipping methods we offer, as well as their respective success rates, to insure you are receiving the service most appropriate for you and your needs. Don't forget, you must always hit the update button prior to submitting your final order! Note: For moment EXPRESS shipping is not available.
Q: How much will I pay for shipping?
A: Every time you update your order and select appropriate shipping, the shipping charges will be recalculated for you automatically. Nothing could be simpler! There are no hidden costs, and you will know what you are paying before you check out.
Q: What do I do after I update my order?
A: Every time you update your order, you'll notice that shipping charges have been added to it. After that, you simply hit the "SAVE ORDER" button.

A: You view your order by clicking on "Pending Orders".

A: To select a payment method, just go to the "All accepted payment methods". Pay close attention to the detail of the names and account numbers, so as to prevent a delay or mistake in your order.

WESTERN UNION (and MONEY GRAM): Both of these methods are very convenient and user-friendly, and have websites that you can visit at www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com respectively. You can also call 1-800-325-6000 for a Western Union office near you. Western Union is, by far, the most popular and cost effective method of payment for ordering from AlinShop. We avoid for moment Money Gram but if you are willing to pay with this method contact us by email to provide extra information’s.
E-Gold is also a very popular method to ship funds to AlinShop.
Q: How do I order?
A: Choose the products you want to order from the shop (by clicking on "add to cart"), and then when you have finished, simply click on the CHECKOUT icon. After this, you need to choose the type of shipping best suited to your needs and then enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS. After this, choose your method of payment. and choose as method of payment Western Union, MoneyGram, etc...
Q: How do I use Western Union or Money Gram?
A: After you get your total for the order as well as the transfer information you need to transfer funds. For this you need -First Name and Last Name City and Country. Simply take this information to your local Western Union or Money Gram office, or log into their website to do it online. Before doing so, you'll need to click on "SAVE ORDER" to save your order in your account on the shop. (Please note that the order can now only be viewed by you). After funds are transferred, Log back into your account and complete your order.
NOTE: You must pay and complete your order within 7 days otherwise it will be deleted automatically. This is because you when you start the ordering process, you reserve products, and they are held for a week, or until they are shipped or the order cancelled.
Q: Does Western Union require ID?
A: Not always. Usually they only require ID if you are placing an order over $1,000. However, you can always split an order of over $1k into smaller money transfers.
Q: How do I find my nearest Western Union?
A: Call 1-800-325-6000 for a Western Union office near you.
Q: How do I send cash by Western Union?
A: Simply go to a Western Union office in person and send cash (check their website to find the nearest WU location near you) and give them whatever name you are using. Remember, sending a thousand $USD ($1,000) or more requires proof of ID. If you can not provide proof of ID for a name you are using, then orders over $1000USD will need to be split up into multiple trips to Western Union. Remember, all of the "senders information" including the MTCN will be on your receipt from Western Union, so remember to keep it.
Q: Whom do I send funds to?
A: AlinShop will send you an EXACT name (First Name and Last Name) to transfer funds to. Also remember to choose that the payment will be sent in USD (United States Dollars).
Q: What do I do after I have transferred funds?
A: After you sent payment money through Western Union and get the MTCN (money control number), simply log-in to your account at ALINSHOP and click on the "MY ACCOUNT" menu. All of the "senders information" including the MTCN will be on your receipt from Western Union, so remember to keep it. In order to successfully complete this payment process, your order must be still accessible to you on AlinShop.in (thus you must send funds within a week of choosing your products, as per the previous instructions). Now, simply click on VIEW and then click SEND ORDER, and complete PAYMENT INFORMATION (MTCN and SENDER NAME) then click again on SEND ORDER to send order to me. After you SEND ORDER to me, order will be deleted from MY ACCOUNT menu. Finally, if and only if "MY ACCOUNT" is now empty then the process was completed successfully. To use Money Gram, just go to the MONEY GRAM web page or call 1-800- MONEYGRAM for an office near you. SAME ORDERING PROCEDURE, NOTES and INFORMATION apply like here like Western Union.
Q: Should I use Western Union or Money Gram?
A: Try to use Western Union instead Money Gram to send money. This is because in the past, there have been difficulties in picking up Money Gram funds.
Q: Can I use E-gold?
A: Yes. E-GOLD E-Gold is a good option to quickly and anonymously ship money to me. There are 3 steps to send money using e-gold:
1. Open a free E-GOLD account at www.e-gold.com.
2. Next, you need to fund your account through an E-GOLD exchanger. He will take your money and transfer it into your E-GOLD account. You can fund using a MONEY ORDER or make a CASH deposit into a bank or even online with CREDIT CARD.
3. Once your e-gold account is funded, you can enter AlinShop and either place your order instantly or complete your order's final payment.

A: After we ship the products, please allow 30 working days for arrival (dont count weekends). This is because products are dispatched in several parcels in padded envelopes from several countries. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion and are prepared with the utmost care and precaution, specifically to minimize parcel size.
Q: Does AIRMAIL SHIPPING require a signature?
A: This type of shipping does NOT require signature.
Q: When are airmail packages typically delivered?
A: Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive under 12 days, while 20-30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still others will show up at around 30 working days.
Q: What happens if an order does not arrive or is seized?
A: If an order fails to arrive, we will resend 100 %( full orders), and we can ship to P.O. boxes or home addresses without any problem.
Q: What is "regular mail"?
A: A Regular Mail Shipment is delivered via first-class, priority airmail.
Q: Does registered airmail with tracking require a signature?
A: Registered airmail with tracking REQUIRES a signature, but is much faster then AIRMAIL and we have had great success with it in the past.
Q: What is express delivery? Does it require a signature?
A: Express delivery always REQUIRES a signature as well. Express-3-day delivery is available for certain products; simply ask about availability. Express comes with a tracking number and the cost for express shipment is $55 per parcel. Please note the following, however: EXPRESS shipment IS NOT INSURED. The typical resend policy does not apply to this type of shipping.
Q: Should I use my home address or a P.O.Box?
A: My opinion is to use home address because POBOX can get more attention than home address. If you dont have a clean home address you can rent a PERSONAL MAIL BOX (PMB) because address on letter will look like home address or you can rent a POBOX. UPS POBOX placed that sign in your place are best.
Q: How big should my P.O. Box be?
A: If you get a large box, you’ll be able to collect your packages at night, after hours, when the rest of the P.O. Box Store (MBE, the UPS store, etc…) is closed. This, of course, is the safest way to go about things. Failing that, when you have a box that is too small for the package you ordered, typically the store will call you to alert you to the presence of a package, and then put a claim slip in the box. You can not, therefore, use a small box like that for after-hours pick-ups.
Q: Have people had success using the sending countries mail tracking number for parcels?
A: Yes. Typically, the tracking number is very easy to trace for the customer, through the sending country and into their own.
Q: At what point should I be concerned if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
A: Please allow at least 30 working days (dont count weekends) from time your packages were sent, before you inquire about a late order.
Q: Does the United States always send out seizure letters when a package is seized?
A: Usually, yes, but in some rare cases takes much longer to receive letter from custom. Anyway for customers that dont receive a letter we have different methods to check if order wasnt receive so you can be sure we dont have unpleased customers
Q: What is the MINIMUM ORDER amount?
A: The minimum order is $200USD + shipping costs.
Q: What if there is a delivery delay?
A: Generally, we can find out where a given parcel is by the order number. Keep in mind local, national and/or state holidays can make mail delivery slow during certain times of year (i.e. Christmas, etc...).
Q: What happens if my package is seized?
A: Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion and care to insure no problems, and there is a very high rate of successful deliveries (97 %+), there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Since the success rate is over 97%, deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely event that if your package is detained by customs, I will reship 100% of the orders, upon presentation of the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please contact us for changes or amendments to this policy, if you are concerned further.
Q: What happens in the case of items damaged in transit/shipping? (or other shipping related issues)
A: If you should receive your package and you find damaged items or different or less items that you ordered please take some pictures with your camera and send them along via e-mail. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you have unwrapped everything pictures aren't going to be considered, so please provide as much documentation as possible to insure we can reship and prevent the same problems from arising again.

A: Please remember to wait 4 working day(dont count weekends) before requesting the tracking number. Also, kindly remember that you need to wait 4 days after funds are picked up, at which point you will have received an order referral number. When you are requesting the tracking number, please be sure to include the nature of your request in the “RE” line of the e-mail. Also please remember to include the Order Referral Number in the “RE” line as well as in the text of the e-mail.

We avoid for moment Money Gram but if you are willing to pay with this method contact us by email to provide extra information’s.
E-Gold is also a very popular method to ship funds to AlinShop.
Q: How do I order?
A: Choose the products you want to order from the shop (by clicking on "add to cart"), and then when you have finished, simply click on the CHECKOUT icon. After this, you need to choose the type of shipping best suited to your needs and then enter your SHIPPING ADDRESS. After this, choose your method of payment. and choose as method of payment Western Union, MoneyGram, etc...
Q: How do I use Western Union or Money Gram?
A: After you get your total for the order as well as the transfer information you need to transfer funds. For this you need -First Name and Last Name City and Country. Simply take this information to your local Western Union or Money Gram office, or log into their website to do it online. Before doing so, you'll need to click on "SAVE ORDER" to save your order in your account on the shop. (Please note that the order can now only be viewed by you). After funds are transferred, Log back into your account and complete your order.
NOTE: You must pay and complete your order within 7 days otherwise it will be deleted automatically. This is because you when you start the ordering process, you reserve products, and they are held for a week, or until they are shipped or the order cancelled.
Q: Does Western Union require ID?
A: Not always. Usually they only require ID if you are placing an order over $1,000. However, you can always split an order of over $1k into smaller money transfers.
Q: How do I find my nearest Western Union?
A: Call 1-800-325-6000 for a Western Union office near you.
Q: How do I send cash by Western Union?
A: Simply go to a Western Union office in person and send cash (check their website to find the nearest WU location near you) and give them whatever name you are using. Remember, sending a thousand $USD ($1,000) or more requires proof of ID. If you can not provide proof of ID for a name you are using, then orders over $1000USD will need to be split up into multiple trips to Western Union. Remember, all of the "senders information" including the MTCN will be on your receipt from Western Union, so remember to keep it.
Q: Whom do I send funds to?
A: AlinShop will send you an EXACT name (First Name and Last Name) to transfer funds to. Also remember to choose that the payment will be sent in USD (United States Dollars).
Q: What do I do after I have transferred funds?
A: After you sent payment money through Western Union and get the MTCN (money control number), simply log-in to your account at ALINSHOP and click on the "MY ACCOUNT" menu. All of the "senders information" including the MTCN will be on your receipt from Western Union, so remember to keep it. In order to successfully complete this payment process, your order must be still accessible to you on AlinShop.in (thus you must send funds within a week of choosing your products, as per the previous instructions). Now, simply click on VIEW and then click SEND ORDER, and complete PAYMENT INFORMATION (MTCN and SENDER NAME) then click again on SEND ORDER to send order to me. After you SEND ORDER to me, order will be deleted from MY ACCOUNT menu. Finally, if and only if "MY ACCOUNT" is now empty then the process was completed successfully. To use Money Gram, just go to the MONEY GRAM web page or call 1-800- MONEYGRAM for an office near you. SAME ORDERING PROCEDURE, NOTES and INFORMATION apply like here like Western Union.
Q: Should I use Western Union or Money Gram?
A: Try to use Western Union instead Money Gram to send money. This is because in the past, there have been difficulties in picking up Money Gram funds.
Q: Can I use E-gold?
A: Yes. E-GOLD E-Gold is a good option to quickly and anonymously ship money to me. There are 3 steps to send money using e-gold:
1. Open a free E-GOLD account at www.e-gold.com.
2. Next, you need to fund your account through an E-GOLD exchanger. He will take your money and transfer it into your E-GOLD account. You can fund using a MONEY ORDER or make a CASH deposit into a bank or even online with CREDIT CARD.

A: After we ship the products, please allow 30 working days for arrival (dont count weekends). This is because products are dispatched in several parcels in padded envelopes from several countries. We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion and are prepared with the utmost care and precaution, specifically to minimize parcel size.
Q: Does AIRMAIL SHIPPING require a signature?
A: This type of shipping does NOT require signature.
Q: When are airmail packages typically delivered?
A: Usually 60% of airmail packages arrive under 12 days, while 20-30% will arrive in 2-3 weeks and still others will show up at around 30 working days.
Q: What happens if an order does not arrive or is seized?
A: If an order fails to arrive, we will resend 100 %( full orders), and we can ship to P.O. boxes or home addresses without any problem.
Q: What is "regular mail"?
A: A Regular Mail Shipment is delivered via first-class, priority airmail.
Q: Does registered airmail with tracking require a signature?
A: Registered airmail with tracking REQUIRES a signature, but is much faster then AIRMAIL and we have had great success with it in the past.
Q: What is express delivery? Does it require a signature?
A: Express delivery always REQUIRES a signature as well. Express-3-day delivery is available for certain products; simply ask about availability. Express comes with a tracking number and the cost for express shipment is $55 per parcel. Please note the following, however: EXPRESS shipment IS NOT INSURED. The typical resend policy does not apply to this type of shipping.
Q: Should I use my home address or a P.O.Box?
A: My opinion is to use home address because POBOX can get more attention than home address. If you dont have a clean home address you can rent a PERSONAL MAIL BOX (PMB) because address on letter will look like home address or you can rent a POBOX. UPS POBOX placed that sign in your place are best.
Q: How big should my P.O. Box be?
A: If you get a large box, you’ll be able to collect your packages at night, after hours, when the rest of the P.O. Box Store (MBE, the UPS store, etc…) is closed. This, of course, is the safest way to go about things. Failing that, when you have a box that is too small for the package you ordered, typically the store will call you to alert you to the presence of a package, and then put a claim slip in the box. You can not, therefore, use a small box like that for after-hours pick-ups.
Q: Have people had success using the sending countries mail tracking number for parcels?
A: Yes. Typically, the tracking number is very easy to trace for the customer, through the sending country and into their own.
Q: At what point should I be concerned if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
A: Please allow at least 30 working days (dont count weekends) from time your packages were sent, before you inquire about a late order.
Q: Does the United States always send out seizure letters when a package is seized?
A: Usually, yes, but in some rare cases takes much longer to receive letter from custom. Anyway for customers that dont receive a letter we have different methods to check if order wasnt receive so you can be sure we dont have unpleased customers

A: The minimum order is $200USD + shipping costs.
Q: What if there is a delivery delay?
A: Generally, we can find out where a given parcel is by the order number. Keep in mind local, national and/or state holidays can make mail delivery slow during certain times of year (i.e. Christmas, etc...).
Q: What happens if my package is seized?
A: Even though everything is shipped with maximum discretion and care to insure no problems, and there is a very high rate of successful deliveries (97 %+), there is a possibility of risk with any international shipping that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Since the success rate is over 97%, deliveries are guaranteed. However, in the highly unlikely event that if your package is detained by customs, I will reship 100% of the orders, upon presentation of the original seizure letter in the original envelope it came in. Please contact us for changes or amendments to this policy, if you are concerned further.
Q: What happens in the case of items damaged in transit/shipping? (or other shipping related issues)
A: If you should receive your package and you find damaged items or different or less items that you ordered please take some pictures with your camera and send them along via e-mail. We replace only packages that look real before you opened and removing from original package. Once you have unwrapped everything pictures aren't going to be considered, so please provide as much documentation as possible to insure we can reship and prevent the same problems from arising again.
Q: I know there used to be (Product Name) for sale by AlinShop. Now I don’t see it on the list. What happened?

Q: I placed an order then received an email with my order number, but I had to change email addresses so I lost my order number and I was wondering if there was a way I could get my order number sent to my updated email address?
A: Simply send an e-mail to AlinShop and mention your old email address as well user name from AlinShop (and/or AlinBoard) you will receive a copy of the order e-mail you request.
Q: Well I finally placed my order! I picked the shipping option with tracking. I received my Order Referral Number by email. So now what happens?
A: Now, you simply wait until funds are picked up, at which point the order will be shipped within 4 days. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when the products are shipped, once you send another e-mail (after 4 days) requesting the tracking number.
Q: I ordered products, and chose the option with tracking number included. When will I receive the tracking number?
A: Please remember to wait 4 working day(dont count weekends) before requesting the tracking number. Also, kindly remember that you need to wait 4 days after funds are picked up, at which point you will have received an order referral number. When you are requesting the tracking number, please be sure to include the nature of your request in the “RE” line of the e-mail. Also please remember to include the Order Referral Number in the “RE” line as well as in the text of the e-mail.
