Let me start off by saying I'm not new to the board, just new to posting. I've read countless posts over the years on some other people's names and now decided to throw my 2 cents in the hat. Over the last 3 years I took training seriously and finally joined the dark side this year. I've been in and out of the gym since 16 and been working as a firefighter for the passed 3 so I'm not a rookie when it comes to busting my ass. I've been a hard gainer my whole life; graduating high school at about 135 lbs. Slacked off for a couple years then got back into the gym getting up to 170 lbs within 1.5 years with diet and training alone. For about the next year I ate and trained like a freak and got to 174 lbs with about 9-10% BF (standing at 5'7). Couldn't gain a pound passed 174 so 6 months at that plateau I decided to get on my first cycle. Started with 300mg Deca and 300mg Test-e weekly for 12 weeks and standard PCT (nolva) following that. I got to about 190 with 11-12% BF and strong ass a fucking bull, not to mention horny as one too. Now I'm beginning to think and plan for my second cycle and was wondering a few things:
Should I stick with the same gear? (IE: Test-e and Deca)
Should I increase the dose to 400mg Deca and 500mg Test-e for 12 weeks?
I wanna cut a little more so was thinking of adding 50mg Winny tabs to the last 6weeks of cycle.
My goal is to gain quality mass without the watermelon head effect of D-bol and without anyone getting too suspicious. I'm a fireman and don't want to get popped for a drug test (Within the last year, 2 guys were accused for juicing and were tested then fired). I saw good results with the first cycle and kept most of the weight. Gonna clean up my diet and add some more cardio during these next months before 2nd cycle then go from there. Any comments will be great, I know most of you guys give great advise, thanks in advanced.
Starting Stats:
Off Gear: 5'7, 174lbs, 10%BF, 24Y/O
1st Cycle: 300Deca/300Test-e
Gains: 190lbs, 11%BF (bulk diet)
2nd cycle plans: 400Deca/500Test-e weeks 1-12 (split up into 2 pins each) then 50mgWinny weeks 6-12, standard PCT following.
The only side effect I experienced during 1st cycle was some back and ass acne, no gyno or anything else. I wanna set my sites on about 200lbs with a bad ass six pack. If you guys are wanting my diet and workout routine I can post that too, just let me know.
Also for all other newbies reading and wondering how to start, do your research and ask questions like I did so you have a great first experience and not a shitty one.

Did you ever think of running test prop and npp? Less bloat(wont be as obvious that you are on something)than deca and test e if you wanna stick with same roids with shorter ester. But as you know the down side is pinning eod. I'm going to be running that cycle at end of year. I'm going to do 150mg test prop and 150mg of npp eod for about 10 weeks and also throughing in 60mg of tbol ed for last four weeks to help finish up strong and no bloat with tbol as you probably know. This will be my first time with npp so I'm really looking forward to trying it.

Nah, I won't be able to do the EoD pins cause of my work schedule. I work 24hours on and 48 hours off, so that every other day shot would eventually land on a duty day and I can't be pinning at the station. Besides I haven't seen any bloat from my first cycle, I just mentioned it because I know some people on here would start suggesting other stuff like Dbol and such, and although it would be nice to get those big gains, it's just not worth the attention and bloat.

if it aint broke dont fix it. you can add more muscle if you did 300mg deca/test e again, but personally id run it at 400mg test e and 300mg deca.
Id do something like this:
1-14 test e 400mg/wk
1-12 deca 300mg/wk
9-15 winny 50mg/day
---------------------
16-19 nolva 40/20/20
Have you used any ai's on your last cycle? thatll help with bloat. How about HCG for the last 4 weeks? That'll help you recover from the deca. Of coarse mon/thurs inject schedual.
You could do equipose instead of deca if your really concerned about the bloat,that cycle would be something like
1-16 test e 250mg/wk
1-14 eq 600mg/wk
11-17 winny 50mg/day
----------------------
18-20 nolva 40/20/20
Notice low dose test,basicly to keep your libido happy,but youd still gain some muscle jus off 250 test alone. Added in the EQ and youll get quality lean gains with no bloat. And youll be eating everything in sight since EQ increases your apetite.
If you didnt get any progesteron gyno or estrogen gyno then you prolly wont need a-dex or caber. But its always a good idea to have it on hand incase anthing starts up.

No I didn't use any AIs in my last cycle because I went for minimal dosing. I wanted to start small and see how my body reacted. From all the research I did, I figured the dosing was low enough where I wouldn't have to worry about the conversion. Like I said before, I didn't see any bloat and I wanna keep it that way. I love the way my joints felt while on Deca so definitely wanna stay with that, and the test-e works good because I can space the pins out better for my schedule. I heard a lot of people doing EQ and would love the increase of appetite, just don't know much about it. Didn't wanna start using something I wasn't sure of for my first cycle.
And I like how you said "if it aint broke don't fix it", that was my exact thinking process when I started planning for my next cycle.

I call bullshit on that. A union firefighter would not get fired for doing steroids, at the most they would be sent to rehab. Rehab for steroids LOL

I did do it, me and another person. Both suffered to a point. Great keepable gains, but I enjoy fuckin to much to ever do deca again.

It's not bullshit, it really happened. Union can't help you out if you break the law. You think because you're in a union means you can do whatever you want? If that was the case I'm going on a killing spree, no big deal cause the union has my back... yeah right.
And as for the Deca, with the test-e combo I never felt the effects of the dreaded deca dick. I wanted to fuck every 5 seconds, my wife has to beat me away with a stick. I'll do some more reasearch on EQ before I make my final decison, any info would be a great help.

This is the right idea, minus the winny. I would do this:
wk 1-14 test CYP (not E IMO) 500 mg wk
wk 1-12 deca 400 mg wk
wk 1-14 adex .25 mg EOD
wk 3-14 HCG 500 ius E5D
wk 15 16 nothing
wk 17-20 clomid nolva PCT
For my cyp causes minimal bloat where E causes alot of bloat. Also deca works best at 2-2.2 mg per lb of body weight, so dose it accordingly.
as long as your getting gains no need to do EQ. Too many people switch up just to switch up, when there is no need. Colin said it: if its not broken dont fix it.

I agree...union cant help..I am LEO and trust me, they test if they think we do it....our union cant help us...matter of fact if it was a recreational drug we could get help 1 time and signed a waiver to be fired the next...also about prop..the stuff i tried nearly crippled me. I have a bad tolerance for it. I dunno how people actually do it, very nasty sides and site pain. I think long esters are better especially with test and tren...running eod or ed is a muthfu@kr. Both if ucan do it then its good mney, I had a good 4 lbs in 2 weeks, and very strong, but i was immobile most of time.lol

Just an update: I've been off for almost 3 months now and I'm up to 192 and holding it strong. I've cleaned up my diet and added 4 days of cardio and my abs are starting to show pretty good. Got a little love "handleage" going on but not too bad. My wife says I'm retarded and have no love handles, but I am super critical on my own body.
Plan to get blood work done in September and see where my labs are at. If all goes well I'm going to start my 2nd cycle sometime in October and bulk again during this winter season. That will give me approx 6 months between cycles. The acne is gone, little scaring though from where my wife tried popping a few.. I don't know how she does that, I would never try to pop someone else's zits.
Anyways my future cycle will most likely go like this:
Week 1-14: Test-e 500mg week (split into 2 pinz)
week 2-13: Deca 400mg week (split into 2 pinz)
week 8-14: Winny 50mg tabs (half in AM half in PM)
PCT: Nolva 40/30/20, Clomid 100/50/50
A-dex on hand enough for 0.25mg EOD.
Wont use the A-dex unless I feel I need to, I've read not to take it unless nips start showing signs of gyno. I didn't get any signs of it last time so hopefully I wont need it this time, I don't want to diminish my gains. I have all the pinz on hand and my PCT, A-dex and Winny has already arrived. Waiting for the Test and Deca and I'll be set.
I made a spread sheet of my diet on cycle. I printed out multiple copies and made a few different menus in the blue box areas. This way all I need to do is pick a box and I'll know I'm getting the required protein/carbs/fats. For the past year I ate the same meals everyday and didn't switch it up, really got sick of certain foods. Now at least I get a couple different choices.

My training schedule will be the same... 2 days on, 1 day off:
Monday: Chest/biceps/abs
Tuesday: Back/Traps/Calves
Wednesday: Work
Thursday: Legs/Abs
Friday: Triceps/Shoulders/Calves
Saturday: Work
Sunday: Repeat from Monday
If anyone has anything to say or add I am open to any comments/suggestions/criticisms. Just don't tell me I should of went with EQ or something like that because the Deca is already ordered and I freaking love that shit. Keep gains are phenomenal. I will try to post pictures after this next cycle. I have a series of shots from when I was in high school, then before I started training/eating hard. Than after dieting and training like crazy, then when I started AAS. That way everyone can see my journey from start to finish.

Everyone else second this? I've read lots of conflicting info on HGC and I dont want to turn this post into a long ass discussion on the dosages for it.
Also in regards to the A-dex, am I correct when saying that I am only going to use it if signs of gyno start to show? I've read it diminishes your gains and want to avoid that if possible. Just some final "double checking jitters". Thanks again all.

I edited my diet so it acutally shows the food I eat. Tell me what you guys think. I didn't total the up the fats, but I'm sure theres enough in the turkey link, eggs, steak, and ground meats to push my above the 4000cal mark.
