hard injection spot

i had a question, maybe someone else has had this. i am injecting 250m of sust. on Monday and Thursday in my glutes and i've only done it in the right cheek. i can now feel a bump when i push on it. i was wondering if this is normal tissue build up or if it is something serious. thanks

this is completely normal, most people get these bumps EVERYTIME.... nothing to worry buot, i'm sittin on a bump right now from injecting too many times:)
