Does it cost much to talk to a dr. in your country ?
I mean, it´s like 7 $ an hour here were I live and I don´t need an apointment
why haven´t you gone to him, you are wasting precious time of gym-time ! LOL :D

my mom works for a doctor's office and she is connected with all of the local doctors, she would most definetely find out if I were to visit someone.

You might be forced to either go see a doc or not train upper body for a couple weeks. Sounds like you may have pinched a nerve.
And I always wanted to ask you: Is that you in your avatar, because if it is your training is doing wonders for you... :D

haha my avator is just some random funny picture ive found. i might just stick to abs and legs until next monday and see if it's better by then. i really cannot see a doctor because I am still home(im 22 and in last year of college) and so i'd have to see a doctor that is very well known to my family. I'd rather just seek advice from other people on gear and with experience such as you. Thanks alot for the help I will most definetely keep you updated.

Usually colleges have doctors on staff. Tell them you slipped on their floor and fell on it. They'll check it out and it'll be covered under their insurance... :D
