What dose shoud I take Anastrozole?

I am currently on Test 500mg/wk and Deca 400mg/wk. This week I am going to up each by 100mg/wk. I currently don't have any signs of Gyno but I am prone to it so I got some Anastrozole from our favorite shop.

Can anyone tell me what the best dose would be and if Anastrozole hinders gains or not.

I always suggest at least a small amount of AI at the begining and during almost every cycle. If done right,,,you will look better,,,feel better and your gains will be just fine.
