take adex from day one of every cycle

By using this, will it reduce the already gained gyno?

from what ive seen ounce you have it its always there, but in the future you should keep your estrogen levels down from the start, ive seen it take 2 years for the puffy nipples to go down, iam not a expert because i never take anything for gyno and i have never had a problem, if your lucky you will have it evenly on both titts, just think of thr poor guy who gets it on 1 titt

There has been many reported instances of this occuring from many AAS users on many different boards through the years.
On a personal experience with it, I took .5mg of A-dex EOD and the minor amount that I had previously (occured naturally when I was young, not juice related) pretty much wen't away. Bottom line: Yes it does work that way for some, but it all depends on how you're body reacts to this compound and how severe that your pre-existing condition is.

I think letro would be better suited for the job.

Try 2.5 mg ed for the first week and then taper down by .5 mg till you're at 1 mg or so, I' suspect it's gone by then. Probably won't come back either, assuming you follow the initial advice given and take an AI while using aromatizable aas.

There's no way to remove it if you had it before gear. Surgery is what you need to look into.

It was caused by gear

Well there is a possibility then that you might be able to reverse it. How long have you had it since you started the gear? You really should have taken care of it immediatly.

about 10 months, but then again it might be just fat. I havent worked out in over 1 year.

I'm 5-9
188 lbs.
w/ a gut, that is the only "fat" part on my body. Every where else it tight.

Nothing to do with gyno, just a suggestion to your health. If you haven't worked out in over a year, and all your fat is around your stomach then your health is probably not to well. When the body stores fat in specific places and not all over, then your health is in question. I suggest you get your bp and cholesterol levels checked out.

if you are taking arimidex, what are the chances of getting gyno at all. i am currently doing a cycle of deca and sustanon, and taking arimidex everyday. i got the cycle off a kit from alinshop, so, i am taking the prescribed amount of adex, will this definitely prevent gyno...

Yes it will, however only from estrogen relate gyno, NOT progesterone related gyno. Unfortunately Deca (Nandroleone deconate) IS converted to PG and therefore if gyno was onset by that conversion then the arimidex will not be able to combat that. However, that is rarely, if ever seen with the reccomended normal dossages of self administered Deca. Personally I have never known anyone to have PG gyno, and I have seen some pretty high dosages of PG converting hormones used before too. So basically, I would not worry about PG, the hormone that is more readily converted and causes most of the gyno issues is estrogen, which the arimi will take care of no problems.

Use you imagination....

One tit? At least with a pair you're balanced!

I suppose it's like that joke about the Aboriginal who gets on a bus with one shoe....

The driver says "hey mate, you've lost a shoe"

And the Aboriginal says "nah mate, I found me one" :D

If one tit works for ya, go for it :D

dude i had that same pre-existing gyno your talking about...use 2.5mg letro/femera ED for about 2 weeks then taper off to 2.5mg EOD for about 2 weeks then hit 2.5mg about twice a week for 2 weeks that way you wean your body off of it. i had fairly large gyno and after 2 weeks worth of using letro it almost totally knocked it all out! that stuffs good dude! next cycle...USE PCT! you and i are learning the hard way my friend.
