Hey guys,
Question what is the best work out to flatten your chest? My problem areas are my chest and my gut.
Any help would be great.

well, o/c anyone would tell you that if you have a gut, you need to first burn the fat off of it, while at the same time build up msucle under neath the fat, so high rep ab workouts, and of course lots of cardio, and as far as flatten your chest, upper body cardio, or you can sculpt your chest up by doing incline bench press, 3 sets of 12-15 for your upper chest, decline bench press for lower portion of your chest for same amount of reps, and of course normaly bench press for all areas of your pectorals, but sounds like what you need mostly is upper body cardio..... also there are some good fat burners out such as clen or t3 for orals, and some very good injectables to add to that as well, and GOOD LUCK!!! that's just my 2 cents, but i may be wrong
