outer quad is good site, quads can hold up to 3ML, pref. 2 tho. From personal exp. finger tips to top of palm measurement from knee is too low for me, i get extremely sore if I inject here. I find for myself atleast, i actually inject 12-13 inches from my knee. Its pretty high up on my thigh but dont even get sore when i shoot there, or ever have probs.
anyone else do this besides me?

I do quads as well, I pin right between my hip and knee, in the middle. Done a lot of pins, had blood during aspiration twice "only". Though I dont recommend doing Prop there, hurts too much with walking, at least for me, let alone doing cardio.

yeah ther is a slight sting there now but not much, its nice to move it around,as beast said the glutes are a pain in the ass:) more often than not you finish up with the needle in a different direction,,not nice

I used to love quads and then I had 3 bad injections in a row, hit two nerves and had a major bleeder so I haven't pinned them since which is a shame because they're a great site. Maybe if I decide to do another cycle I'll try them out again.
