View Full Version : BEST training method with cycling?

i have been doing the Ironman Hit method for 12 weeks now for strength. when i start a cycle in acouple weeks i would like to find a nice program that will add alot of size. i use to always go to the gym mon-fri. on the ironman hit program you guys three days a week which is cool. now is there any way i could do this on a program while on the juice and still see great gains as i would lifting five days a week?

yes you can still train three days a week, you just have to hit a couple extra body parts per day, and train longer and harder........ o/c 5 days a week would be ideal, but you can still get GR8 results off of 3 days a week.... good luck

i guess i could always try it and see if it makes me too tried?

i doubt it will, gear keeps you extrememly energetic. give it a shot tho, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger
