Guys! Newbee here, with questions like so many others I'm sure.

I have a skinny build, have always had problems gaining weight and putting on muscle. I've tried bulking up with protein shakes, weight gainers, but only ended up getting a kidney stone (don't know if it was a coincedence but I'm laying off the high protein stuff for now).

I'm not looking to be huge, just looking for some good muscle gain and definition. I'm 5'11 at 155lbs right now, I'm thinkg 175 or 180 would be my goal.

I'd like to avoid injectables so am wondering where I should start. Would the Beginners Cycle Gold be what I'm looking for? Any input is greatly appreciated.

Tyrone,

I'm 34 Years old, perform heavy lift training 3 times a week (my lifestyle doesn't allow me much more than that). I started weight training beginning of this year but have been doing cardio since beginning of last year.

yes the beginners cycle gold would be great.IMO. but your going to have to use needles but it will be worth it trust me.also i would stop laying off the protein your going to need a lot of it but with that and some good time in the gym you look and feel like a new man.

I am not sure how much cardio you are doing now but I would first try changing you workout to less cardio and more weights or what ever you can do. You actually should have more weight trainning than it looks like you have. Have you done weight trainning before like in highschool/college and after at all... if so what were you doing and what weights are you doing now? I

everybody has kidney stones, well except me, you can disolve them by drinking a tea made from the following roots, hydranga, gravel, marshmallow, the roots haf to be fresh and shredded, i get mine from san francisco, herb co. ther whole sale but will still sell to you, the powdered forms in the health food store do not work!
if you care at all about yopur health stay away from the orals, or only use them in a stack for short periods of time. like 3 weeks

Thanks for the info guys, if I have to use injectables, well, guess I have to. :)

Forgive me for being such a newbee, but I don't even know the procedure for injection, where, how, when? I'll probably go with the beginners gold cycle, sounds like the best place to start.

Tyrone, I pretty much stopped intensive cardio beginning of this year when I started on the weight training. I use enough heavy weight to complete 4-6 reps, 3 sets of each type (chest, arms, etc). Workouts are usually 45mins for me, with trying to balance other things I need to do around the house and family. I've heard that with a high metabolism that I should have plenty of rest between workouts, not sure how accurate that is.

Again, thanks for the tips guys (and the tea recipe Anaholic, will have to check that out).

Newbie Gold is a great choice but I would make sure you eat enough animal meat first. This is the protein to put on muscle. Make sure you are consistently eating enough meat before durring and after. I am just a little hesitant to say yeah start juicing the Gold because it sounds like something is off. High metabolism, OK, but you should still be able to gain with eating meat carb and lifting. Maybe try pyramiding from few reps to many. This way you can lift heavy for strength but I would still try to blast the muscle. You should find some way to gain muscle that works for you before jumping into a cycle. Otherwise I fear it will not be muscle that is retained.

Okay Tyrone,

I'll make sure I consume mass quantities of protein. :) At one point earlier in the year I was consuming 4000+ calories, high protein, but wasn't really gaining that much still. My metabolism is wacked out!

I just can't seem to put on the muscle and I'm sick of being skinny so I'm motivated to try and take it to the next level. If this doesn't work them I'm just resigned to staying as I am.

:)

How long were you doing this and what was your trainning then? What else do yo do like work or something in your day to day life(activity wise). Your metabolism might be wacked.

Tyrone,

I tried the heavy calorie intack for two months, but really didn't see much gain. I work in I.T. in the day, so it's not like I'm super active and burning calories with my job.

Training routine - 4/5 days a week, Low Reps, Heavy Weights, Chest, Arms, Legs, no cardio. Consumed Protein shakes twice a day, along with a high protein diet, as well as Weight Gainer shake each morning. Was also taking Creatine Monohydrate.

I'm pretty much desperate at this point, willing to try anything.

Kmoe7 - I'm weary of injectables but I'll do it if it will help. :)

Well if it was me and I am healthy I would totally go for it. You really can't go wrong with newbie gold. Just keep eating the meat. Steak is a great choice IMO. Also chicken. Those are the ones I go for to build. The only other thing I could think of to use would be along with PCT is anavar(a little expensive) and clen. The thing with anavar is you keep what you get all though not a ton. I just think this might help keep some more of the gains afterwards. I am no expert but this comes from some past exp. and some present exp.
