Deca or Tren A?

I'm looking to get some Supertest 450 and I don't know what to stack it with. I've heard a lot of good things about Deca, Eq, and Tren A.
Also, what kind of dosages would you recommend? I was thinking of doing 2cc of ST450/wk with either 75mg Tren A/day or 600mg Deca/week. Let me know what you think. Thanks.

If you have not done many or any cycles before I would say do EQ 400 - 600 mg a week. if you have a few cycles under your belt then go for tren. I get fine results with eod on the tren but ed is fine as well.

Depends on how many cycles you have done and what you are looking for. Also keep in mind Deca stays traceable in your system for 18 months unlike the rest.

i would do decca 400-500mg per week with the supertest, save the tren for another cycle, ive been doing ed shots of tren a (stealth) and iam miserable, every injection spot hurts

Anything under 500 mg of test isn't going to do much for muscle growth(assuming you're the average 200 lbs bb'er), assuming that's your goal. As for deca over tren. Well I'd go with tren for size and strength, however being your first go round that's probably not a great idea. So either eq or maybe some npp, I just dont' like regular decca and IMO if you're not going to run a long cycle I'd opt for npp any day of the week. So something like 600mg of eq and 500 mg of test would be a real nice first time cycle (or 400-500 mg of npp and 500 mg test). I dont' know this boards stance on frontloading but I'm an advocate when using long acting esters like the ones you're talking about. BTW, what's your ai's and serms looking like? PCT?

all my joints and my whole upper body felt like shyt when i stopped the decca

Yes decca does a good job at making you nice and lubed up while you're on it but when you come off your joints tend to feel it. Just wondering, did you use winny at all?
