OK, first I want to say i came over from another (bored) board, because it was getting so mundane. Anyone who could turn on a computer would post. And to get a 19 year old telling me i am running too much gear doesnt sit well.
BUT.. I am 33, been lifting for 13 years until the last year and a half. I just kinda lost intereset for a bit, then i get motivated and i cant bring myself to get up and go. So i just got back from the Arnold with alot of motivation.

I have won several shows and love to juice, but i am confused as to where to start. I am 5' 10, 240 13% and need to drop lbs's. BUT i dont want to sacrifice the muscle, and want to build at the same time.

I have been sitting on some things that i will list, and maybe we can have fun building a couple cycles and see what would be best.

liquid clen 200ml - 100mcg/ml
t3 120 ml 200mcg/ml

100 Anadrol 50 mg
500 dbol 5 mg
300 winstrol 10mg

40 winny 50mg
30 deca 200mg
20 eq 200mg
40 cyp 200
10 prop 100
40 fina 100

I really want to do the winny first, but since i am out of shape i dont know if i should. I also wanted to run dbol right off the bat.

So any and all opinions welcome. AND i would like to use as much as possible!

I think that you should spend a couple months dropping the weight and getting yourself physically better (to avoid injury + increase gains during your cycle). You could use the clen + t3 while you were working on dropping the weight (fat)... If you lift consistantly and diet clean you should be able to drop fat without loseing much (if any) muscle.

After your back into a steady training routine ( plus eating and sleeping) and you body has adjusted to being physically taxed again, that is when I would start cyleing to bulk up. Heavy weights, muscle confusion...ect. I would save the winny for the end of the cycle to cut some of the water and tighten the gains from the bulking phase.

I understand that you are "gung-ho" and will probably start early even though it is against my advise. But you will benefit alot more from your "later cycle" if you get into shape prior to starting it.

Just my opinion.

That makes sense. I am super "gung-ho" thats why i posted because i needed to hear it from people who know instead of talking myself into doing all of it NOW!!!

Maybe a little test and tren??? maybe???

I would not use Winstrol at your current state... bog had it correct.. get your diet and rrest routine in shape with your motivation and maybe slide into Sus and EQ...

If your feeling brave you can use slin @ 2 iu 3 times a day for one day and put your body into ketosis... just dont take in any carbs at all!

Sounds a bit risky

Do the board a favor and don't recommend slin to people so casually. Insulin is dangerous and when used incorrectly can kill you. Obviously you know this but give this advice to some young kid or newbie that doesn't know any better and they could get themselves into some serious trouble.

Check your diet, train, add cardio... Maybe a light cycle with Sust and Eq is my opinion for a first cycle. Take it easy and don't hurt yourself!

So lets skip ahead a month. I have no probelem staying strick on the diet. So lets say after i drop weight which should i do for my first cycle? Lets divide all this stuff into 2 of 3 cycles. What would each of YOU do if it were yours. Which is the best combo's ?
I'll start by saying my best cycle was halotestin winsdtrol eq and test.

If you put a cycle together we will critique it for you. We don't build cycles for people around here, that is why no one has answered your first question. Put something up here that you think is a good start and we will let you know what we think or would change.

I actually wasnt looking for anyone to build me a cycle, this was just meant to get get some opinions and about what would be the best combo's to run. I thought it would be kinda fun to hear the experience of the guys here and what they would recommend. Didnt mean to offend

Test Cyp 14 WEEKS
Equipoise 12 WEEKS
Winstrol 4 WEEKS

I would stay away from t3, unless you have used it successfully in the past. After a three week cycle I apparently had some sort of rebound effect. My bf skyrocketed and I'm still struggling to get it back down. My diet did not change at all. Clen works ok.

IMO the best way to cut is to reduce calories, stay away from sugar, get plenty of cardio, and run an anabolic to preserve muscle mass.

If you intend to run just a cutting cycle why not just use tren along with a small amount of test. EQ will cause problems on a cutter because you will want to eat everything in sight.

Another option would be a split cycle:
Anavar 40-60mg 5-6wks
EQ 500mg 12wks
Test E 250mg 13-14wks

Reduce calories and cut for the first 6 weeks until the EQ kicks in, then raise calories enough for a lean bulk. You can eat more, just keep it clean.
