View Full Version : Acne prone cutting cycle

I am looking for some suggestions for my 4th cycle. I am 175 lbs at about 13% body fat. I am looking to cut body fat and hopefully gain some muscle, I would like to gain maybe 5 lbs or stay at the wieght and cut down to 8% bf. I am fairly prone to acne so if we could stay away from something that might aggrevate this it would be preferable. Any suggestions?

stats?? i dont see how food cant get ya to 5lbs heavier 8% you just need to make a diet and STICKING to it is the most important part.

Ok, I'll clean that up a bit, drop a few pounds and get to 10% bf, then start a cycle and try to put on 10 lbs or more of muscle. Any suggestion for a cutting cycle for someone who is somewhat prone to acne?

My buddy had some fucked up acne from test deca cycle, scars and all but now hes on a var only cycle and I think hes doing better. Bump for more opinions though

If your prone to acne, then dont juice, you can easily cut fat and put on 10lbs of muscle naturally and safely. EASILY!

IMO if you think you will get terrible acne during cycle RUN ACCUTANE!! take my word on this, i sufferd GREATLY from cystic acne only on my shoulders and how badly i wish i ran accutane before hand, im running accutane now so i wont get acne in the future. but i am left with purple shoulders from all the scar tissue i now have to go under a couple laser treatments to clear it up which comes out to a whopping couple thousand dollars, so be safe and run accutane. Im currently running it on my cruise so when i hit up cycle again i wont have to worry about acne and i can run the compounds i want to without worrying about acne

i had VERY bad acne also i have some seriouse scars.
apple cider vinigar 2-3tbsX2 ed. helped GREATLY.
