I'm a 25 yr old recently retired football player. Currently 310 lbs and have a great deal of muscle. Body-fat estimated around 25% now b/c I just started working out again after starting graduate school this semester. Over the years I have used several A.S. such as prop, winnie, d-bol, and anavar. I love my muscle and have not been on a cycle for about 2 years. I need to unload some overall bodyfat though. I'm 6'4 and would love to be a jacked and shredded 260-270. I have had several former teammates that were members of the 300+lb club lose 70-80 lbs a piece after their careers. They are tiny now and just went no carb diets and did cardio with no lifting, they also have loose skin in their midsection from the massive weight loss. What plan would you guys prescribe? I currently have slashed my calories, eating around 4 small, clean, low carb(only in morning) high protein meals a day accompanied with alot of adderall since I'm studying all the time. Lifting hard 4 days a week and doing 30 mins of cardio every morning walking on inclined treadmill. Should I just suck it up natural and keep doing what I'm doing or get on a little prop, clen and T-3 to keep the muscle on for the summer and help shred as much as possible? Or is the best course of action just going no carb and killing myself with cardio and get down to 230-240 and start from scratch?

Your sig says 15% bf, in your post you say 25%, which is it?
Anway you should get to 13-12 with a clean good diet (palumbo diet? ... this is one i particularly like to get cut up, you can google it) and good training with cardio incorporated. I dont think you want/need AAS yet to loose bf. When you get to 12-13 and it gets harder you may want to think about for example a clen/t3 combo to get rid of that last bit.
Just my 2 cents

Get your cardio up to whatever you see as a respectable level, then add clen. Bottom line - it works. I'd avoid the T though.

Try the diet you're on for a month. Honestly if you're looking to lose crazy amounts of weight fast...IE more than like 2lbs / week, then you're going to lose muscle while losing the fat. AAS will help you retain the muscle.
If in a month the diet is working well and you're not losing strength / size then stick to it. If it is working well but you're losing strength and size then perhaps it is time to consider some AAS. Prop/Winny w/ clen / t3 would be my advice. The t3+reduced calorie intake melts fat like nothing else IMO.
