Anyone have any idea where to get Sterile Vials from to/in the UK?

While we are on the subject I would like to know if I buy vials which ones to get. Should I get vials already capped or vials & stoppers or vials and caps seperately? The reason I ask is those crimpers are a couple of hundred bucks on every site I've looked at and I would rather spend on gear. Thanks
