i'm new here. i'm 41yrs. slimbuild and working out 4/5 times a week. doing 45min cardio, 1hrs fitness or spinning,bodypump. i'm using protein, and gaining weight. i weigh 68kg, 172 m height. but when i gain weight it looks like i get a belly and thats not what i want. i want muscles!!! my boddy fat is arnd 18%. i dont use sugar and i watch what i eat. i have a back problem so i cannt workout to heavy. what can i do to look better, to get more muscles? i hate needles. i want to use anavar. but how long do you have to use it? do you have to combine it with anyother product? all advise is welcome
