ok so i was ON cycle for about 6months did great gained about 30lbs of muscle dose was at 300mg for majority of cycle but like a dumbass decided to go to 750mg for the last 8-10weeks anyways besides the point, we learn from our mistakes. anyways ive been on test 200mg EW, EQ 400mg EW as a cruise for about 5 weeks ive been on. MY QUESTION IS how long should i stay on this cruise before i can hit the GEAR switch again, should i cruise for 6 months or could i run this cruise for 3 months and get blood work done see if im good to go. basically i just wanna give my receptors enough of a break so when i go back on i get the ON feeling as well as the constant swelling, i think we know what im talking about here . anyways everything is going great i feel great and look great but i still want that next LB!! any advice on guys who have done similar would be appreciated. my step bro who competes on a national level told me to come off for 4 full weeks then hit it up hard but i kinda beg to differ cause i feel battling with that yo yo effect could defeat the purpose and i would just have to put back on what i would loose in those 4 weeks. so obviously im a little confused. someone chime in por favor.

Im pretty much in the same boat as you, except im on some tren right now but when I get done Im gonna cruise at 250 mg test/wk for about 10 weeks, make sure my health is on point, then add in more gear to really gain. I feel the same way about coming off, I want to surpass my goals before I take time off so when I lose muscle I will still be close to where I want to be. I think the gear you are currently on is very mild and your health should be fine but if I were you I would drop the Eq for your cruise and add it in at 600 mg when you go back ON because what you are on isnt really a cruise its more of a mild cycle (but this is a matter of opinion)
hi sergovski just wondering why you cruise on 600mg? this would be a cycle for me. as far as cruizing just stay on a low dose long enough so you gain again. go by blood work and health first there is no set limit to how long. good luck
ps i am also coming around to the thought of staying on getting in and then out i dont think the yoyo effect would be any good on the endocrine system and getting shut down is getting shut down no way around it. again my thoughts only alot would disagree

This seems to be a popular way of cycling especially as of late. I think with some of the advances in PCT lately people are finding they can recover from longer cycles faster than previously. If I wasn't so young this is definately the way I would cycle, but I don't want to risk HRT for the rest of my life quite yet!
