im luving these deltoid shots. i let my girl do the rears. i can do the sides. i havent had enough nerve to do the fronts yet but i dig the results. no pain at all except for the usual. it helps alot with rotation to have another go to site. gluets thighs and delts now im thinkin about adding triceps. with these tren and prop shots i need more sites

yaeeehhh! I like delts also. thats all i used for like a year when i started aas on my own and doc wasnt giving me deca no mo :'-(, now i use delts and thighs.
i dont like glutes.

Try your Bi's. That's my third site after the Glutes and Delts. I get no pain at all after.

I use 1.5" pins also, just don't quite go in all the way. I guess I could quit being so damn cheap and just buy shorter pins, but that would take all the fun out of it;)

Its tough I think to aspirate in your delts..it is for me anyways. I did my left delt (im right handed) and I bent the pin during the process. I need to go find a good woman and have her do it for me:p

Pins are so cheap why don't you just pick up some shorter ones? You can create a lot of scar tissue sliding a needle in and out because it's too long and you can't keep steady.

yea maybe that would be alot easier than lats at least i can do by myself. im scared to do bis its like front delts to me. i feel like im gonna hit something. maybe i could do it with these 3/4s i came into worth a try for sure. time to man up. with these short esters alot more sites needed than i originally planed for.

My glutes and delts get pretty tired of getting pinned eod, so I love to do traps every once in awhile. :)

Yeah went too fast just once and it felt like someone punched me. I go very slow now, like 2 minutes per CC.

big bump i hit them 3times this week there going so well. i though they would be painful too but its not. i use`a 23g 3/4pin. front middle and rears. definitely my new go to site

I'd shrink that down to a 25 gauge for delts, but to each his own, I just have a phobia of building up scar tissue.
