it appears that way on the sheet, but it is more, every 5 days, so weekly varys from 250 to 500, although no matter what each shot is every 5 days

i used to do shots like that, every 2 or 3 days or somethin, but you always end up refering to a calendar, at least i did. its much easier to pick 2 days lets say sunday and wednesday and stick with with those for injection days. but as tyrone was pointing out, 250 is too low, id go with 500mg shot twice a week, the naposim needs to be kept at the beggining of the cycle, like first 3 weeks. i would extend that cycle to 10-12 weeks.

i have them arranged by the dates, but ill see how it turns out for injection days. this is my first injection cycle so i didn't want to do too much. is there anything that would go good at the end of this cycle? turanabol?
