Hello everyone,

My cycle consist of anavar 15mg tabs and clen 40mg tabs,
I know I should split them up through out the day but should I take
the anavar at the same time as the clen or take one a couple of hours
before the other. Thanx for your help.

I don't think this matters a whole lot but it couldn't hurt. The clen is usually taken early (split up) instead of late cause you want to sleep right?

Clen has a very long half-life and can be taken once per day. Oxandrolone also has a long half-life but it would be better to split doses into two even ones (if possible). If you are taking the IP oxandrolone, just take it one per day
