New cycle

Current stats are 6' 200lbs 10% BF. I'm only running 250mg of Test per week to keep my levels normal as I don't want to deal with test sides this time around. I haven't juiced in about 1 year and I forget what anti estrogen or AI I need when running EQ, I seem to remember novladex and arimidex not working with Deca or EQ. If somebody could help me out I would appreciate it. Also this is gonna be a long one and I'd like to know what you guys recommend for keeping the balls healthy, should I go with clomid every other day or should I do the HCG thing? What are the pros and cons? Normally I do this research myself but I feel like discussing it in a thread this time around, it can give us all something to do. :D Once again I appreciate the help.

Week 1-18 250mg Test E
Week 1-16 400mg EQ
I want to run proviron the whole way through Alin so stock it up!!

Standard PCT
Week 20 40mg Nolva, 100mg Clomid
Week 21 30mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid
Week 22 20mg Nolva, 50mg Clomid

I'm also considering running Anavar at 30mg a day for the first 6 weeks.

Run an AI all the way the through. ARIMIDEX,LETROZOLE,etc..
Also use HCG 500iu every 5 days DURING your cycle.

500iu HCG every 5 days from week 1-22?? Or just from week 1-18?

I would run it into the start of PCT

I decided to run letro at .25 - .50mg starting 2 weeks before cycle start until PCT. Now I just need some HCG advice, when to start, when to stop, how to mix, how to store etc.

you should start at Week 4 or 5... do a search for a thread on HCG from last week... it was detailed

Yeah I just read up on it, pretty straight forward. The question is, do I really need it?

I dont need it... though my guys shrink on cycle... I never have any issues with functionality... it does not bother me... I think it is more a preference.. but to add to this I always run an AI on cycle

Yeah my boys never shrink too bad, they do shrink but they don't shrivel into raisins like some people.

So looks like I'm gonna go with:

Week 1-18 250mg Test E
Week 1-16 400mg EQ
Week 1-23 50mg proviron if I can get my hands on it

Letro starting 2 weeks before cycle and ending at start of PCT
