im a 25 year old male, been out of the US marines for 2 years, still very active in the gym. i am also a distance runner. i am 6'5, 205 pounds. ill be starting my first cycle ever in a few weeks when my stuff gets here. 500mg test e for 12 weeks, 50mg d-bol for the first 6 weeks. what kind of results can i expect from this cycle as far as weight gain and muscle. i want to bulk up a good bit, im hoping my running will help me to cut a little. i know its difficult to have a really close estimation, i was hoping just for an idea of how fast i will gain and other things to expect. thanks

well I did a similar cycle for my first one and I gained 25ibs in total. so i would say if its your first cycle then you could be looking at 20ibs+ but you can never say for sure. it all depends on what your diet and training are like

its not how much u gain but how much u keep u better have a good PCT in order with that cycle or u will lose most of it when ur off

my pct is clomid and nolvadex if needed, but im a little unsure how i should dose myself and when. any suggestions?

well, test will be out of your system after exactly 3 weeks, so on the day of the third week that your done with yuor last test injection, take 300mg of clomid on day one, then days 2-11 take 100mg/ed, then days 12-21 take clomid 5omg/ed. And on nolva take 50mg/ed the first week of pct, and then week 2 and 3 take maybe 20mg/ed, just depending on sides from test....... GOOD LUCK!!!!!

im not really sure what my body fat is, i dont think i would even know how to calculate it.

You should know bro. Go to your local gym and ask a trainer to calculate your body fat mostly when you are about to take that plunge. To take full advantage of the steroid you should be around less than 13% BF...

Truly individual. Everyones gains will vary. Typically such cycle will produce great gains in strength, size and mass. Be certain diet and training are in order. Also, be careful of too much running/cardio if trying to add size.

im around 6% BF, and i run 2 miles twice a week on tuesdays and thursdays. i have to maintain a good 2 mile run because i am in the mliltary, i hope this wont take away from my size too much, i do want to bulk up a good bit. i dont know a whole lot about diet, i had planned on eating every 2 hours, chicken, fish, protein and lots of carbs. i also bought multi vitamins to take once my cycle starts. is this good? i try to plan as well as i can, but this is my first time, so im not sure i have everything covered
