im about to start my first cycle of 500mg test for 12 weeks, and 50mg d-bol a day for 6 weeks. i want to bulk up a good bit, but im not a competitor, im just interested in looking good. i want to get cut eventually, what is a good thing to do as far as diet, or even for a second cycle? also, im a distance runner as well, will this be a problem with my bulk cycle? will this help with getting cut? any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I just put on 25lbs of muscle and I run and swim everyday the weight will hurt your running

weeks 1-10..test prop 100mgs EOD
weeks 6-12... 100mg ED
weeks 1-10.. tren ace 75mg EOD

i know the added weight will make my times suck lol, but i really do want to bulk up. its been years since ive competed, i run mainly to stay in shape, i was just wondering if the run will affect how much weight i put on from the cycle. also if the running will be sufficient to cut up or if i would need help later on with that as well.
