I am starting out with 30mg Naposim daily with 200 Decca and want to know if I can still take something for energy during workouts or is this just to much shit in my system?
I usually take 'Controlled Labs Purple Wraath' before & during workouts to give me energy, is this still ok to do?
What other things would you recommend for energy for workouts?
Thanks!!

Damn why no test? You may have sexual usues with no test. Youd be fine to take something for energy if you want.
please post your stats. energy = 8 hours of sleep a night

bump! Definately post your stats and cycle experience. Deca without test is going to give you "limp dick", which is probably not what you want. If this is your first cycle I like to recommend test only cycles so that you can know how your body reacts to it. My first cycle was 500mg/wk of test for 10 weeks after nearly a year of research on the boards. If you want help you need to provide some more details.

Not everyone gets limp dick from deca. Only use can tell you if it happens to you. I know people who live by Deca. I personally hate it. To each their own though.
How long do you plan on running the Naps and deca? What's your plan? What's your PCT?

Fire, your no where near ready to cycle. At 5 ft 11, 175 lbs, your just skinny. You need to stop asking AAS questions and start asking diet questions.
Put the dbol and deca (a terrible first cycle by the way), join www.fitday.com (its free) and get your diet in order and add 30+ lbs naturally.
Spen the next 6-9 months here reading up on AAS, and by then in a year you will be in a much better position to run a cycle.
"my 2 cents"

Bump! This is pretty close to what I was going to post.
1. Needs to learn to eat first.
2. At 5'11" and 175lbs I hope you are extremely lean. If not, you may also need to learn how to workout.
3. Proposed first cycle sucks. You need to read a lot more.

I eat 4-5 meals a day getting about 2500-3000 calories with 2-3 protein shakes a day. I have been working out for about the last year and have seen improvements but nothing dramatic.
I eat, I workout and I am still lean and cant gain weight, been like this forever!
So your basically telling me that eating doesnt work and I need to be fat to take Dbol?
WTF?

I'd still run some Test with that if you're determined to go for it...

You need to eat more. Steroids aren't magic.... they won't make you gain weight out of nowhere. Ever hear of the First Law of Thermodynamics? Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only change form.
Basically if you want the energy to build muscle, it won't be created from nowhere, it must change form from somewhere: FOOD. If you are changing the form of your daily energy expenditure to heat from dietary intake and body fat levels to the extent that expenditure matches or surpasses intake, you will not build muscle because the energy to build muscle has nowhere to come from. If you are consuming more energy from food than you are burning (changing form to body heat and other bodily functions that require energy) each day then the energy in that food must change form to something because it cannot be destroyed, and that something will be either fat or muscle.
In your case your total calorie (energy) intake is not high enough for there to be enough excess energy to change form to muscle.
So basically what people are saying is you need to learn to eat more. You can easily gain weight just like anyone can, but I'm not surprised you're finding it so difficult on a diet which is comparatively low in calories.
Shoot for 4000 a day and then starting adding a couple of hundred calories per day on a weekly basis as needed.

WTF?Obviously you're not getting it. Hopefully Squelchy's post made it a little clearer. You cannot gain muscle if you are not gaining weight.
If you were doing something wrong but you were eating enough, you would be simply getting fat. Throw in some good workouts and weight gain starts become muscle gain. If you are not gaining weight, all the steroids in the world will not help you gain muscle.
You can't gain muscle from thin air. It's like thinking you are going to hire some kick ass construction workers and not give them extra building materials. They won't be able to build anything any faster than the crappy construction workers. Until you start increasing the amount of building materials they can work with each day, they can't build faster.

Thanks for the tips and suggestions but I have a question....
How in the hell do people gain all this weight and muscle when they were skinny before. Eating wasn't all of it!!
Take The celeb Carrot Top for Example, Look at some pics of him before and after.
Here is an example:
BEFORE -http://cdn-www.cracked.com/articleimages/wong/carrotjuice1.jpg
AFTER - http://www.steroid.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/carrot-top.jpg
All this in about a years time!!
You cant tell me its because he Ate more:rolleyes:

I very much doubt it was because he JUST ate more either, but be damn sure he did eat more. You still seem to be missing the point.
Someone used the analogy of building a house. Think of steroids as your workers. The more workers you have, the faster you can build your house, but if you only have a supply of 200 bricks a day then regardless of how many builders you have working on your house, you're still only going to be able to put up 200 bricks worth of wall per day.
EDIT: Never mind, OJS just posted the exact same thing, I was only skim-reading. What he said. If you're not eating enough to gain naturally then you need to seriously re-think steroids, because you need to eat even MORE than you would naturally to really reap the benefits of roids.
