Hi Guys,
Just checked out a 'Dad' post on promuscle about really maxing out our natural growth potential before trying gear and got to thinking this:
If you have maxed out your natural potentially and have a solid muscle frame-work to build on, does this allow you to make more gains while using AAS and most importantly to keep those gains after a cycle, compared to guys who use gear before reaching their natural growth potential?
In my experience those who have reached their natural limts first make better gains and keep them and can do it using lower levels of gear.
I think a lot of it is down to the guys taking the time to learn how to train & eat correctly for several years, building up shed loads of knowledge and experience and really getting to know their bodies before embarking on gear.
That's my take on it, but what do the rest of you think?

You pretty much said it all brutha, but only thing tha I will not agree with is keeping your gains. That all boils down to a proper PCT with a great diet plan. Yes" , thats comes with knowing your body, along with rest, and proper training.

I agree 100% and I wish I would have been smart enough or taught well enough to understand this when I was young, dumb and hell bent on juicing.
WAAAYYY to many people come into it thinking all they have to do
is take aas and they will grow..They dont understand the food and nutrition part of it is the real key (as well as proper rest and training)
There always the first to say there stuff was Fake .......
Next they think they need to "up" the dose or add things in..... They find thats not doing it SOO it must be the hgh and insulin... Usually the last thing theyll learn is nutrition and that anabolics are NOT magic...time and
doing everything properly and more Importanty CONSISTANTLY is the Only Magic Ive found.

what i notice around my area, is that guys are soooo ready to start using they just jump right in,and don't know anything about anything, they just buy the stuff and just start pumping themselves up....i've only tried couple dbols, real low dose...liked them, but now i want to try a real cycle and have been doing research for months now...i'll probably start in like Dec.
