:) Hey fellas, a few of you asked that I update you after a few days on DNP. Well I am still here, I have been taking 200mg every 24 hrs for 5 days, 3 days off, and just bumped to 200mg every 12 hrs for 3 days. And so far, I have ruined 2 pairs of sheets, 4 undershirts and 4 pairs of boxers. The profuse sweating makes your sweat stain yellow, makes sleeping a thing of the past, and makes your mouth taste like a shit salesman eating samples. And even better, skin and spit yellow with the higher doses. But over all, the bloat and the decreasing strength suck even more. I have drank about 2 gallons of water per day, and do cardio for 45 min keeping my heart rate around 126. After the 5 days on and 3 off, the bloat started to go away and definition was incredible. While on, I have gotten bloated and muscles don't pump anymore. Body temp hovering at 99-101 degrees, higher after high carb meals. But after 2 more days, I will be off for a few weeks. I'll keep you all updated.

Nice one... let us know what weight loss is after and then after a couple of days. Thinking about it but not sure.

It used to be 110ndollars for 100 caps so 1,1 dollar per cap. Don't know what it will be.

Yeah I am really interested in hearing your results. 200mg ok for women...what is the formual for mg / per lb?

I have heard that it is not safe for women to take it because they are born with a limited number of "eggs", thus if any damage occured to them they would be infertile, if I remember correctly the damage occured because of a massive increase in free radicals, or it was heat related(not sure though). Also one of the reasons DNP was pulled out of the racks after its succes was that 1 in a 1000 women got cataracts from it, the cataracts where only reported with women(but at the time few men used it so maybe this is a false alarm). I do remember that the fatal human dose would be approximately 20-30 mg/kg, the dose I remember reading in a study conducted on obese people was 60 to 500mg every day(0.60 to 5.0mg/kg).
I remember reading in Animal's manual(so props to him) that for a 200lbs(100kg) person the recomended effective dose would be 400mg(4.0mg/kg), but as you will probably know the most important thing with DNP is to very gradually increase doses and do not increase dose until after 4 days you have not noticed anything(and even then I recommend not to take action, DNP builds up in you body). You first run should be remained on the initial dose to see and feel how your body reacts to it. I recommend to do your first run of DNP with 200mg/day. How much do you weigh.

Well I would personally suggest to keep your dose limited to 200mg/day for your first run with DNP(but that is just my opinion). If you where to use the formula, you would multiply your weight in kg with 4.0 = 370mg/day. BUT I would highly suggest to keep your first run to 200mg. Because of DNP's halflife daily dosing would mean that it builds up in your body. And as with any new substance you should be very careful to test you body's reaction to it. Mistakes are not forgiven by this substance. Screw up DNP=Screw up your life(death).

Maybe I just don't understand. Why would you use DNP when T3/Clen cardio and a good diet can do the exact same thing with a buttload less sides and a HELL of a lot safer with less muscle loss. Maybe not as fast but dang get your diet and cardio in check. DNP is not nescessary at any level IMO. Not trying to flame anyone, I just don't understand why you would put that toxic "stuff" in your body when it is not necessary?

When you say "pulled from the racks" what time period are you talking of...wasnt DNP a diet pill pretty popular in the 30's or 40's if Im not mistaken?

How would a "uncoupler" effect the female endocrine system enough to damage eggs?

"DNP is anti-proteolytic which means it uses carbohydrates or fats exclusively to supply energy for the mitochondria and does not facilitate muscle breakdown, however, this does not therefore mean DNP is positive for muscle building. The cells are running on overdrive and they are not going to be looking to make themselves bigger which requires even more energy."

T3 IS PROTEOLYTIC at any level BUT at low doses (25 mcgs or less) is ANABOLIC (metabolism of protein) surpass his catabolic effect on muscles.

With DNP you don't loose muscle like you do with T3.

With DNP you can't have great workouts (no energy, empty of ATP).

There is nothing on earth able to make you loose more FAT than DNP, PERIOD.

With DNP you MUST BE VERY CARREFULL TOO MUCH CAN KILL YOU!!!

When i said pulled from the rack I meant it was no longer being legaly(sp?) sold for human consumption, this was indeed late 30's if I am not mistaken. As for the dangers of infertility, some claim that these 'rumors' are untrue, I personally wouldn't take the risk, although there are some women that have used DNP, the choice is up to you. Good luck if you decide to do it, and keep us updated.
