Here are my stats, I've lifted for about 15 yrs and did a cycle in about my 3rd year of lifting(test anth and d-bol) I'm wanting to do another cycle for mass and strength and I'm looking at kick starting deca with either ad 50 or d-bol(i got a lot of bloat the last time I used bol so leaning towards ad and broke out like crazy with test). Not very fond of needles so I want to know if I could work in some winny and anavar for good results towards the end of the deca cycle. Would Clom or noval be better and how should I run them.
33yrs old
6'3" 240 lbs
approx 12% body fat
diet- egg whites, cottage cheese, oatmeal, chicken, turkey, 15oz of steak (@ lunch) green beans, skim milk, flax seed oil, grape juice and potatoes. Throw in a protein shake and banana x3 daily for a daily calorie intake of about 4100 calories.
Workout a body part a day with 2 days off and cardio every 2 days
wk 1 heavy 3 min rest intervals pyramid reps down
wk 2 detail/reps 1 min intervals 3-5 sets 12 - 10 reps
wk 3 shock week 1 1/2 min rest 4 - 6 drop sets and pyramid reps down
Tenative cycle:
1-4 50mg daily
1-10 250mgs deca x2 weekly
5-10 winny 50 mgs a day
5-10 anavar 50 mgs day
Nothing concrete but looking for help and ideas.
