Hey all - as I want to focus on strength/speed gains instead of massive size gains, here's my simple proposed cycle:
Week 1: Anavar, 40mg/day
Week 2 to 3: Anavar, 60mg/day
Week 4 to 8: Anavar, 100mg/day
Week 9 to 12: Anavar, 60mg/day
Week 1 through 12: Halotestin, 10mg/day
Assumptions:
- Neither Anavar nor Halotestin aromatize, so PCT is unnecessary;
- Anavar is mild and mild on the liver, so a dose of 50-100mg/day for the average athlete is reasonable; and
- Halotestin is recommended for use in a 40mg/day for 6-8 wk MAXIMUM cycle, so 10mg/day before workouts for 12 wks is reasonable.

Age: 35
Weight: 215 lbs
Height: 6'4"
BF: 14% (approx)
Health: Excellent (the epitome of health, so my doctor says)
Blood Pressure: 155/70
Resting Heart Rate: 42
(all measurements "cold")
Neck: 17
Arms: 16
Forearms: 13
Chest: 45
Waist: 34
Thighs: 25
Calves: 16
I've been working out for 18 years (off and on, but mostly on), and originally topped out as a teenager at 6'4" and 155 lbs! A tad undernourished at the time I'd say, but 18 years later and I think it's safe to say that I'm at my genetic peak. I'm comfortable with what I have accomplished, but would still like just a "bit more". I figured the combo of 'Var and Halo would suit my needs just fine.
