My natural Estrogen is too high!!! Why and what to do!?

I just got my blood work done, got everything back save my liver results, they forgot to run those test :rolleyes:

Anyways my Estrogen is VERY high, more than double from what I am told is the norm; the test shows 510 and I was told the norm is in the 200's. I am not sure if this is because my natural Test is also well over the norm, but some incite from you guys as to why my Estrogen is so high, would be nice.

Also what should I look into doing to lower my Estrogen?

Here are my Blood Work Results:

Test: 787 ( I know the Doc told me 797 the first time, but he is saying 787 now, which I see is still high :D )

TSH: .415

T-3: 80

Estro: 510

Your estrogen is probably high because your body is trying to balance out the fact that your test levels are high too. You can use an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex or letrozole to get your estrogen levels down.

As for knowing, this is the first blood work that I have had done. I have always been healthy so I never had one. In fact, I did this at the spur of the moment since I was at the Doc for an ear-In-Fucktion anyways

Since my Estro was naturally high, I was not too sure why or if something like letro would help.

Now I know about PCT and how to take that, but how would I use Letro on something like this?

So would I take Nolvadex, Proviron or Letro? From my understanding, the Letro is to Block the conversion of Estro and the Adex and Prov are something you take to reduce or get rid of Gyno; right!?

I am assuming that Letro is what I need to combat this high level of Estro. How would I cycle it and for how long?

Also, I do have some Sugar Tit action going on, how can I find out if that Gyno or just Fat? I don't have any of the signs: itchy or sore nipples, etc.

And one more thing, is Letro something I can get from my Doc? I guess I would ask for Femera or would I just ask for Letrozole?

Nolvadex competes with the estrogen at the site but doesn't lower your estrogen.

If you have any lumps or buttons under in your nipple area then it's probably gyno. What is your body fat?

You're most likely getting sugar tits because of the swelling of the tissue in the area that is affected by estrogen. Femera is known to be effective at .25mg daily. Femara is usually dosed at 2.5mg. The half-life of femara is 2 days; taking 1/4 pill eod would be enough to decrease your levels.

Bro if you want something temp get some diindolylmethane (aka dim) at almost any nutrition store. Take roughly 150mg 3 times daily pref with a meal.

Well my Dr. said that the norm was in the low 200's. Now I don't know what that means, but I know 510 is a lot more than 200, lol, but since you are saying that 200 is not the norm, I will ask again to get clarification ;)

As for the Letro, Adex and Ndex, I know what they do, but how would I use them since this is a natural issue and not a cycle issue? I know how to use as a PCT, but not in this case.

Just do the letro. A lot of your fat mass in that area will go down also.

It sounds like you're the perfect candidate for proviron. You could add 50mg ED with any cycle.

dude, you test was high and your E was high. aren't you currently on cycle?
What was your test and E like when not on cycle? what kind of proof can you show stating you know your E is naturally high. Unless you are talking about high body fat content which will in fact increase your E production.
A-dex or Letro to stop the aromatization and Nolvadex to fight off any possible gyno sides that may be rearing their ugly heads.
you can take during cycle, but don't go overboard. E is something men cannot live without.
keep doing your tests too.

DM, letro is the only product I have ever used that has caused any lump to go away completely (COMPLETELY). Not clomid, not nolvadex, not adex, LETROZOLE and letrozole only. I was using approximately .5mg daily for 3 weeks and the little leaky lump ran for the hills. I continued at .25mg daily for the rest of the cycle and it has never come back.
