Start by doubling your water intake. Also take your GH at night a couple hours before you go to sleep if you aren't.

I just had this problem last month. Its the GH that did it to me. It took 4 or so days before I could even think about going to the gym.

do you know if the pain is temporary or does it last the length of the use of gh, what did you do ?

hey speaking of pain... does anybody know of anything to take during a cycle to help keep you ligaments/tendons and such strong and healthy. Im worried about a tear in a pre excisting ligament injury from snowboarding about 2 and a half months ago. any advise would be great.

I've found that EQ usually keeps the ligaments happy. Winny promotes the growth of connective tissue, but supposedly builds brittle tissue.
