Would it be better to try and avoid working out the muscle that you have injected into on injection days? Tren Ace, Test Prop, and Masteron

Don't want to be a pain in the ass but why?? I usually inject after my post workout shower. Maybe I shouldn't do this? Thanks.

no i got you confused. I was talking about spot injecting right before or after working out that muscle. Ive done plenty of injections before or after workouts but i only do glute shots so i dont worry about it

You can work them out. I think it would help the AAS disipate quicker.

I inject in my quads and twice my injections fell on the day I worked out legs. Both times my the injected muscle has been sore for about four days, nothing unbearable but it's defenitely sore from the injection.

Agreed.^

If I'm due for an injection I always inject the muscle I'm about to train that day. This seems to help disperse the stuff a little better and I've found that it really cuts down on soreness of the injected site...this seems to work best for pecs then anywhere else.

As for injecting the muscle after you trained it, I'm not a fan of this because it seems to have the opposite effect. Since the muscle is already in a state of shock injecting into it post-training seems to cause a lot of unwanted pain.
