Im 5 10 and 238lbs and lets say i have a little higher than average body fat. I was originally told that i should use winstrol,clen,and T3. I do want that cut look but im wondering if this would be good for a first cycle.Or if something like test and clen would be better. Please just help me out.

Diet is key... I know you are not going to like that answer but just taking the above mentioned additives and not have a sound diet and training regimine you are wasting your money... once you have your diet in check and it seems you have at least 6 months of hard, discplined work ahead... You can move into AAS consideration...

You can get to 12% bf w/o gear, just with a good diet and some cardio in your training regime. If you are there and want lower it becomes a bit harder, then you could call in the aid of winny and clen.
clen/t3 combo with test prop is always fantastic, but again, only if your diet/training is right otherwise its a waste of money and time. Remember gear isnt magic, it just helps to get results that much quicker provided the rest is in order.
whats your diet and treining look like please post everything and we can go from there...and can you see some abs?

Never done a cycle before
I do have my diet in check eating three lean meals a day with two snacks wich is either protein shake pre workout or mixed nuts or something similar.

at 20 yrs old, you have not reached your maximum potencial (without gear) do that first. work on your diet and wait a few years. your too young IMO

and, you would have to seriously change your diet while on AAS. do some research, guys on here take in 4000 cals a day at least. that takes dedication and discipline.

23%bf = shitty diet and/or exercise regime. Eat 4000 cal plus your 300G protein, drink atleast a gallon of water each day, and wake up (before breakfast) and get your ass on a treadmill or a track and do 20-30 minutes of windsprints. 1 min rest in between. If you dont lose bf in a few months doing this, look at point A.....YOUR DIET
