1st Delt shot

I finally tried delts and it was totally painless. :)

Only problem was I couldn't pull back to check if I had hit a blood vessel and took a chance and injected the damn thing. There was no blood at all so I reckon it is cool.

Afterwards there is a slight ache when I move my arm but other than that I'm really happy with delt injections!

What gauge and length of pin did you use?

i just did mine too. 21gauge 1inch easy and painless

delts are good. pin them just as much as glutes

I used 25 gauge 1 inch - the same I use on quads.

My delt is aching a bit today though but then so were the quads after the first shot. After that it was totally painless...

My last delt shot it ached for a couple of days first two I couldnt really lay on it. But it was easy.... I'm thinking 5/8" 25 gauge would be best.

I love my shots in the delts, but your right it alittle harder to aspirate

If I inject too fast it will ache like crazy I have to super slow.

Another way of easing the pain of injections as well as going super slow is to mix with rape seed oil (making sure said oil is sterile first, of course). It dilutes the gear and a shot doesn't hurt as much, although obviously it does make the shot twice the size and you need to bear that in mind.

That is an idea but I am afraid something will go wrong and I will be on her case for a very long time, like if she breaks the needle in my arm or something of the sort.

If I do it and something does go wrong - tough luck! I just have to live with it... :D

yea everybody keeps telling me to go to 23s or 25s im just use to it. when i first started out i wuz using 18gauge 2inch look like golf tees,lol.

nothing too it if im a bit stiff and its glute day and i cant bend my gf does it for me. shaky hands at first but its a breeze. :D

i did delts once & made me crippled. never again. + i found it ackward trying to aspirate and i ended up moving the needle in and out a dozen times, hence crippled after lol

if i was to injuect a 25g 5/8 into my quads would that size work out alright? also also how far should i be sticking the needle in? is it dependant upon the length of the needle?

I use 25 gauge 1 inch in my quads and I stick the whole thing in!

i like delt shots the best.. then glute, dont really care for quad shots

I use 25x1.5 so I can leave a little out depending where I pin. I use a heating pad to warm the syringe so you don't need to push so hard on the plunger.

I love them so much I would marry them if they were a hot chick. If she were fat then I would just fuck her and not tell my friends. :D

Don't grasp the syringe like a dart. Use a full grasp (as if you were holding a knife and using a downward stabbing motion) and hold high on the syringe, with the thumb and index finger wrapped around the plunger just below the head. You should have a enough movement with your thumb and index finger to push upwards on the plunger head to aspirate. Try it with an empty syringe.

I love delt shots. Never gets sore, even with Prop!
