finally starting my fourth cycle. this is the one thats gonna take me over 2hundred pounds and keep me there. i did 3cycles in the last 2years and put on 55lbs and kept it. this is uncharted territory for me. im really putting alot of focus on my nutrition this time around its gonna look something like this.
protein: 225grams carbs: 500grams to 700grams fats: 50grams to 100grams
Anabolics:
test 500mg 16weeks
deca 400mg 16weeks
EQ 400mg 16weeks
dbol 50mg ed 10weeks
proviron 25mg daily arimidex 1/2 gram eod
i know its kinda long but im adding the extra 4weeks. ill treak it as i go. the dbol i might cut down depending how i feel. no pct ill just transition into low dose weekly trt. when its all said and done i like to weigh about 225. im hoping to keep 215 when the smoke clears. with proper consistent nutrition i dont see that being a problem. thats what makes or breaks any cycle. so 2day is day one.

Is there any reason why you would not want to increase your protien? You are floating right at 1 g per lb of BW.... And are those mostly low glycemic carbs?

Did you take DBOL in your previous cycles? If so did you run 50 mg in your previous cycles? If so... how long and how was your sides...

IMO you can get there with or without either one (EQ or Deca).. the food is going to be critical to the type of weight you add versus the chemicals... If I was going to run it I would go with Test and EQ, however, if you go forward watch your gyno sides and of course, have your AI's or SERMs on hand

yea theres been some talk with other people about the protein intake moving it up to 250grams. i just dont want it turning into fat. im very picky about the weight i wanna put on. i wanna keep somewhat of a six pack through the whole process. my carb intake is all over the place some days its good some days its bad. i live out of a motel room 3 1/2weeks out of every month so its hard to get good quality food all the time. what i dont get in food i will supplement i got some maltodextrin and a good quality weight gainer. i have used dbol b4 and the pumps were so bad in my 5th week i couldnt stand up straight and i had to duck walk out of the gym. i might be only able to handle 6weeks but will see. everything is subject to change and will keep myself flexible

If you want lean gains I would dump the dbol, no real reason for it. I would also get rid of the deca, unless you have lots of issues with joint pain, and if so I would drop it to 200 mg weekly, though if you do not experience major joint pain I would dump it. I would bump up the eq to 500 or 600 mg a week, you probably have used eq before so you will know what works for you. The test dose should be fine, depends on how you react to it, at 750 and below I do not really see any difference in sides, which is increased acne which I take care of with an acne soap and scrub brush, though I do notice my libido starting to slip at 750 a week, and I actually find 500 mg a week better, same gains and still a strong libido. Of course this is all conjecture and really does not matter, if I were looking for increased lean mass I would go with 500 mg a week of test for 17 weeks, 500 mg of eq weekly for 15 weeks, watch my diet (of course) and do cardio where needed, along with the usual AI's etc., and standard PCT.

Bump Joe re: protein intake. I would do my best to get at least 1.5grams per pound of bodyweight. If you adjust your low GI complex carbs accordingly you should be fine and wont store the added protein/calories as fat.

I would also watch the sugar content in your weight gainer. The insulin spike those badboys can give you if taken at night along with any added stress hormones are going to contribute a lot more to fat storage than upping your lean protein intake IMO.

looks bad ass bro! just curious why are you taking a-dex eod? i have read that eq and deca have a synergistic effect have you tried this before? i would be interested in a similar cycle if beneficial. good luck on your diet and cycle!

i actually found a good weight gainer with only 5grams of sugar per serving iso mass xtreme gainer. for some reason i like deca eq combo. the deca definitely helps my joints while on a hard cycle. like i said everything is subject to change responding to my bodies needs. im gonna run the dbol as long as i can. just to jump start at a min. im running adex eod bcuz i dont want to wipe out the estrogen totally. ill treak that as i go too maybe everyday as time goes on
