hey does anybody think its possible to be overtrained while on a cycle??? im on my 5th week of my supertest and deca cycle and up until last week i felt like a freakin machine. then monday i not only hit new PR's but i literally blew my old ones out the water. then wednesday was leg day and i felt very tired and not into it, so i rested thursday and tried shoulders and back on friday. felt a little better than wednesday but still not even close to what i felt like on monday. maybe my body isnt used to the heavy ass weight yet and its tryin to adapt???
my last good shoulders and back workout which was the friday before last, i shrugged 750 for 10 reps, which is like 100 more pounds than i was doing before cycle. that in combo with my bench workout monday might have fatigued me. anyways im open to any thoughts and/or idead you guys have. thanks

3 days off ... you'll be fine after that ... if it doesnt work add a little anadrol into the mix ... you can't lose w/ adrol on your side :p

I think it is possible to overtrain while on,,, 4 days per wk IMO is plenty if you train hard.

I agree, Its DEFFINATLEY possable to overtrain while on.
You have to Give the muscle time to recover before tearing it apart again.

thanks for the replies guys. i think its a combination of slight over training and a little insomnia from the test. took this whole weekend off however and im feelin better already. what do you guys think of adding some more cardio. i've got a heavy bag at home so i train on it 2 to 3 times a week, but i was thinkin of addin some jump rope and maybe some sprints or somethin during the week.

there is a guy in my gym who shrugs that much it looks like its the momentum of the bar moving the weights,
if your working each bodypart 1 time per week your probably not overtraing,it also depends on sleep, diet and what kind of work you do during the day

I load trailers for a wal-mart distribution center during the day, and its been gettin pretty freakin hot. i know what you're sayin bout people usin momentum to do shrugs and other such lifts and watchin people like that make idiots out of themselves is pretty amusing. anyways thanks for the replies guys and after takin the weekend off i feel a hundred times better. ready for some heavy chest and tri's tonight.
