I have some,,just not used yet. I have heard of success of dramatic fat loss with minimal muscle loss.

I have grown to become weary when something seems too good to be true. Most reviews back the claims and I haven't tried it yet maybe because of fear of possible sides.

i thought to use it in the past but i read a lot of negative feedback on it, all that weight loss is 90% water out from your ASS !!!

Well I spent some time researching and the impression I get is that it's mainly a diuretic that lets you eat what you want cause you shit it out anyway. Some have site gains but I'm not sure what the growth mechanism for that would be. I'm probably gonna stay away unless I'm hard up for some drastic cutting.
