I am running 30mg of Dbal right now and I wanted to know if it is better to take it all at one time or take a little at a time.

I am also running 500mg test-e

personally i always split mine up through the day. so for 30 mg.... 10mg in the morning, noon, and evening

Take evening dose at least 4 hrs before bed. Some not All find that
its hard to sleep when dosing right before bed time.

A lot of guys like to take it all at once in the morning because your natural test levels are at their highest so the body is tricked into accepting the test spike as natural and doesn't cause natural suppression which causes shrinkage of 'the boys'.

Ya did the take one before bed. NO SLEEP FOR ME.. So I just went to the gym. But the next day at work I was wanting to sleep. Thanks for the info men!!!!

bump above when taking orals i split my doses up throughout the day. i cant sleep at night either whether it be orals or injections if i take close to bed time
