Okay i have a six pack. BUT i need to shed alittle body fat to make myself happy to have them look very tight. now i eat a clean diet and i have a heavy working fast pass job. but on my days off work i don't play any sports or anything i just clean the house, lawn work or work on my camaro so i don't really get any exercise. now the tredmill never did anything for me except make my feet sore.
Would that ab lounge chair thing help me shed the untight area on my abs?
Any ideas Guys??

weight train them ...
Agreed, there is a machine at my gym that you grab 2 handles on both sides of your head, your in a chair, and your feet hook under some pads. You lift with your lower abs(leg raises) and crunch with upper. If you are already lean it will make your abs pop like a mother fucker. You can set it for heavier than you should ever need. It is at 2 24 hour Fitness's in my area that I know of. But no matter what if you are that lean you should def. do some kind of weighted abs.

Agreed, weight train them. Feel them pop! There is a machine at 2 of the 24 hour's in my area that I know have this machine that does a weighted leg lift in conjunction with a crunch. It can be weighted to higher than you should ever need and if you are lean it will make your abs POP man!

take a kettlebell and attach a triceps nylon V strap to the handli OR lace a towel through the handle then swing it around your body ( in front and then back behind your head) in a 360 orbit.
OR lock down your legs and do a straight leg situp with some dumbells in your hands locked out as if you are benching and then overhead at the top of the situp.
Hi I am new and just learning about Alin.
I was in the Marines and have gone into pharmacies in Panama and S. Korea , but that was long ago.
Looking forward to learning more.

Hey guys thnaks for the replies ! to better help you i'm 5'10" and i wieght 165. i have no clue how to post a picture on here to show you guys my abs.
Here is what i do and i change this up also.
side bends with weights
seated side bends
twist
ab ball
hanging leg raises
cable pull down
V crunches
hanging bends
maybe i need to start doing stuff with weight, doesn't seem like these exercises are doing anything anymore as for cutting me up. the only weight machine for abs my gym has is. you sit in a chair like normal, feet in straps, padded bar against your chest and you bend forward with the desired weight. should i start using that?
