Hey Guys :-) I got a question hoping someone could advise.

I am on my 5th cycle at the mo it goes like this

1-4 dbol 50mg ed
1-10 750mg sus week
1-10 400mg decca week
10-16 100mg test prop eod
10-16 50mg winny eod

clomid/nolva/hcg for PCT

Ok so I'm in week 10 made some good gains (about 19lbs) although had to miss some training cos of work and flu (always get the fuckin flu mid cycle, damn immune system)

Anyways I have only ever done bulking cycles before and the prop/winny cycle is to try and cut up and see what the past few years of hard work have really produced. I normally try to eat clean food every day but sometimes have a beer or burger.....doesn't bother me cos all calories. But never been on cutting diet What sort of level do i go to??? Is it high protein low carb?? do I cut out dairy and bread??? Is that trying to hard??? I'm only a newb and don't wanna go too far but I want to get the best results what would be a good general diet for a prop/winny cylce.

This is what i'm thinking

5 egg whites 2 eggs and cup oatmeal for brekkie
3 meals of chicken breast and sweet potato and veg
evening meal of steak/fish/turkey and salad/veg (no carbs after 6pm)
protein shake with water 3 times a day in between meals and before bed??

glutamine, cod liver oil, vitamin b and c and plenty of water

am i on the right track????

Cheers

Your diet looks good, but I would recommend a few things. Whatever you do, do not stay with the exact same thing day in and day out...after 4 or 5 days of dieting the bodies metabolism will begin to slow down. I strongly recommend you cycling your carbs with high and low days. The way I do it, and I'm doing it right now in prep for a comp, is to develop a base diet that makes up 4 days per wk, these 4 days are moderate low carb days. 2 days per wk I go extremely low carb while raising my fat intake (good fats) and 1 day per wk I have a very high carb day, extremely low fat (almost none except for my omega-3 caps)...all days protein remains the same. Doing this keeps my body from stagnating and keeps the metabolism revved up.

Some other advise, from now on out for all your other cycles, I strongly urge you to take in large amounts of vit-c and E...this will help you with your immune system and aid in preventing flu like symptoms while on cycle. Eating a clean diet also helps out even while bulking, so dropping all alcohol, especially on cycle will help with this a great deal. Besides, alcohol destroys muscle tissue, which should be reason enough to stay away from it.

To put on serious mass I think you need more food/calories.
