Normally I don't like when this is said to people questions here, but you need to do some reading and research. Reason I say this is because this is a very dangerous drug and should not be used without a very good understanding.

Always taper T3 up and when coming off, taper back down. Start with 12.5mcg for few days, bump to 25mcg and so on. Taper up until you find the most effective dose for you. Many do well with 50-75mcg.

T3 is a very potent drug and have a high possibility of shutting down your natural production of T4 from your thyroid gland. The thyroid gland in your body mainly make T4 (more then 90% in circulation) and the body converts it to T3 (bioactive form) when needed.. As the amount of T3 rises, it causes a feedback loop telling the body to reduce the hormone (Thyroid stimulating hormone) that stimulates the thyroid to make T4 and T3, thus the body circulating thyroid hormones return to normal levels.

Now, when using exogenous T3 such as Cytomel, the level of T3 in the body is constantly elevated. This causes the body to reduce production of thyroid hormones (T3 & T4). If you are constantly using cytomel at high levels without knowing how to cycle them properly, the constant high amount of exogenous T3 will constantly suppress the thyroid gland and over time lead to the thyroid no longer producing any thyroid hormones. As a result, you might be dependent on the drug for life..

I personally believe that synthetic T4 is a better choice (but not necessary a safer choice as all drugs have its potential side effects) but obviously not as effective.. Another prob with T3 is that it increases your basal metabolic rate and burns not only fat tissue but your hard earned muscle if it is not properly stacked with a anti-catabolic/high anabolic substance together with a proper clean, high protein diet.

To finish, always do your research first before deciding on what to use and not just listen to others.. Weigh the benefit and the possible risk yourself first..

Hope this helped..

good post bro. I just started another t3 cycle. Im doing the following:

25mg day 1-3
50mg day 4-6
75mg day 7-9
100mg day 10-16
75mg day 17-19
50mg day 20-22
25mg day 23-25

I might extend the 100mg up to 10 days if I can handle the sweat. I'm sure i can though. I'll show results after I finish.

Oh, I'm also on
600 mgs of deca/week
500 mgs of masterone/week
50mg of winny ED

cycling clen every other 2 weeks

I always stacked t3 and t4 together, I dont feel that you get the full benifits unless you stimulate the whole thyroid, although t3 does work well on its own or stacked with almost anything (especially clen and winny). Some people will say to use it for 8 weeks but I feel thats way to dangerous, I would only recommend 6 weeks, taper up and taper down at the end, I also wouldnt go higher than 75mg's. Remember that improper use of cytomel can completely cease your thyroid function and make you dependant on thyroid stims for the rest of your life so safety is the key, I would recommend doing alot more reading before useing it.

Im actually just a body builder. Never really went for real heavy lifts. I mean If I put up 400 in bench then cool :D but its not my main goal. I do this shit strictly for vanity. :D

I am just cycling off my first T3 run....The sides were not too bad, tho I dropped the clen part like a frigid girlfriend......

Gotta say the night sweats are a pain, especially as summer is coming here in Hong Kong.....

I tried the ag liquid t3 and measured it out with an inulin syringe, taken orally... The clen gave me the jitters too bad and after a near tongue poking incident with the wrong end of a syringe, and an attempt at throttling a karaoke parrot belonging to my neighbour, I reverted to the T3 only!

The shit is still the bomb, and melts the fat!

:D

Hey Tyrone,

All western. We serve generally french and italian styled food, with some fusion kinda stuff too. In South Africa, I have a concept called Zest, and Aubergine (which is now run by my younger brother for his sins :D )
and I am opening another Zest here in Hong Kong as we speak.

Food is a passion. I also created a Thai fast food franchise which I grew to 16 stores, before I realised that fast food and franchisees in particular were fucking with my karma!!! LOL.

At the moment we are looking to go to Oz and grow a concept with a young and up and coming chef.....building these guys and girls is the way forward in this industry.....I LOVE designing, and seeing something grow from a concept to a running operation......lovely young nubile college waitresses are the cherries on the top......as I always say "would you rather have a thirteenth cheque or a christmas boner?" :D

Where do you think youll be going to in OZ? I would recommend the gold coast, somewhere near brisbane ... its almost as large as sydney but much nicer and sunny year round.... all in all better IMO

I had one here in Lan Kwai Fong in the early nineties, loved the place since then...We are negotiating for the old MY Restaurant Rules site in Melbourne...I was in Oz three months ago, havent been back since I worked there for a year in my mis-spent youth :D . I was born in the UK, educated in Souf Efrika, worked in N'awlins and various other places...but I reckon I was asian in previous lives..love it in the East......

That may be down to the petite shaved oriental lasses tho!!!

Sydney is a great place, but if i had my way Byron Bay would be a place to chill out at........

When you are travelling this way again, you are welcome to crash here.... Be wary tho, it all just woman, wine and song :D

And if this doesnt answer the T3 questions, nothing will!!! LOL
