i have read your protocal big A on using this product on the abs, i do know you said there will be swelling and after the 3 weeks and i start maintenance once a week, that the swelling in that time will start to go away, and also you said i would still have a natural look. so the question is, is that, has someone used this on there abs and if so could you give an input, or even some pre- and post pic, also big A if you have any more advice on this ab injection could you relinquish you thoughts and knowledge.

ive been using aas for some yrs now and i have great abs, but one thing that gets me in my comps is when i do a over head bicep movement and also a front lat pose my abs disapear, i mean i still see the out line of them , but i notice that when others do those posses that the protrude out big time.

i also use weights on my ab routines but to no avail do i get them bulky

i wated to give you an idea as to what i look like in thse poses i told you about, were they disapear, and also some pic were i bite down on certain poses and they come out great

There's nothing wrong with your abs. It's just the way you do the poses.
There are a few guys right now that are using Syntherol in the abs on www.professionalmuscle.com You can check out their experiences there.

Hey buddy, you dont need to inject your abs with triglycerides!!!!!! that seems crazy to me. Look at my abs....they are fantastic. You just need to step up the weighted ab exercises. Weighted hanging leg raises got my abs to pop-out and show deep cuts. good luck:eek:

Do you go straight legs to a pike position, or bent legs?

Yes... u want to ONLY do straight legs and lift them all the way up to the ceiling if u can, then bring them down as slow as possible. do as many reps as u can every time u do abs and u will see dramatic improvements in Ab strengh. Seeing them is more of a matter of bodyfat % to be completely honest.

Agreed about the body fat, Damien. I just dropped 3% BF, and discovered my abs are flat. I'm on a mission. Gonna try your hanging leg lifts tonight.
