Question regarding mixing HCG Powder

I have an ampule of powder Pregnyl 5000 j.m. and an ampule of Rozpuszczalnik 1ml of liquid. How exactly do you properly mix these and what would the proper dosage be coming off a Test E, Tren Ace cycle. Should I start it while on the cycle or after?
