i have tendinitis in my shoulder, would deca help it or if it just hides the pain?
on another note, if i was to do a cycle, would it be more benefical for me to use deca instead of eq?

Yes it would camouflage it, but only temporally. It depends on what your goals are, in reference to EQ OR DECA. Eq is much milder than deca-deca hold more water-EQis suppose to give more quality muscle-deca will give you more strength. It just all depends brutha.

IT will help by lubricating joints.

Alins right it will put more water in your joints and thus hide your injury. I have a small pain in my left shoulder from lifting heavy. I use deca in all my cycles to help in this aspect. works for me , plus i love decca!!!!!!!!!!!!GET BIG

thanx, but what happened when u came off the deca, would your shoulder or knee start to hurt again and effect your training and were u able to keep your gains?

YES", eventually you will hurt again. Deca doesn't heal it, it just will lubricate your joints like Alin said. Your gains will be there if you have a good PCT.

Yeah decca just gives your joints some cushion. I like to use it with winny because after using winny for a little while my joints feel like a rusty hinge :). It wont heal long term joint and tendon problems. Short term problems will heal faster because of the relief given to the joint. Not any better than staying off of it though.

i take glucosamine, msm, devil's claw, bromalein, and advil. gh is too pricey for me. i was thinking maybe just doing eq instead and learn to work out with my injury, because if i hide it for a bit, when i come off i'll be back to the pain again.

I'm not much for topical applications...but, I have been massaging arnica cream into my husbands elbow and shoulders. As long as I do that two or three times a day...he does notice a bit of a difference. BUT...he also supplements a lot. He is on an EQ cycle right now. Just started it three weeks ago. The first change I have seen so far is the appearance in his skin. EQ takes longer for "feeling" the effect...so over the next couple weeks we'll see what happens.
