EVEN I HAVE THIS TEXT ON AUTOREPLY *MANY* PEOPLE SEND ME 5 EMAILS WITH SAME CONTENT OR SEND ME 10 EMAILS AND EACH ONE ANOTHER QUESTION THAT IS NOT EVEN ORDER RELATED. SEND EVERYTHING IN ONE EMAIL PLEASE !

For any info regarding products, gear usage, any other AAS questions, cycles, etc.... you need to post your questions on our board <www.alinboard.com>, where our staff is posting daily just to answer, give advices and help our customers.

Please try to send only one email with all questions you have about your order. Sending many emails with different question in each one will make all your emails to be deleted. DUPLICATE EMAILS ARE BLOCKED BY MY SPAM FILTER. SEND IN ONE EMAIL ALL YOUR QUESTIONS !
5. Before resending your email if you did not received a reply please wait 48 hours for a answer. Ussualy we reply faster but because of tons of unrelated emails sometimes take a lot of time to get to your email.

Alin, this only pertains to your server. This has nothing to do with the end user. You use all external mail systems so you are fine. Example: You do not use alin@alinshop.in. You only use well established companies like heartcable, pgpmail, etc. Their reverse lookups are fine so you have nothing to worry about. Either way, this would only have something to do with your end, not the users.
Kaiser thats a antispam system from aol and is a problem of my hosting side.
I will contact my hosting and try 2 fix this but for now till this REVERSE DNS problem.
Anyway for moment my emails sent to AOL will not be delivered

well here is my problem. i have sent emails with exactly what he has wanted. all they pertained to was the order that was placed. i supplied the order number and sent all the info in 1 email. well its 10 emails later and still no responce. but whenever he runs a special or i place an order i get the email...this is very fustrating. i can see waiting a day or 2 but weeks without a responce is ridiculous.

How long have you actually been waiting bro??!!! Have you tried emailing him from a different account (using your ordering email address in the subject)??!!! I have never heard of anyone having to wait 'weeks' for Alin to contact them??!!!

i have sent about 10 emails with no responce. i dont understand what the hell is going on. i tried yahoo and that didnt work. i tried my optonline account and for some reason that doesnt work. but when i place orders everything is fine. he says the order reply comes from a different server. i have no idea what to do. this is so fustrating. its been almost a month with no reply. i guess i will try to creat a hotmail account or something and try that. its totally riduclous at this point. i have been a customer of his for years now and love his stuff but his responce time sucks.

I have been a customer for maybe 10 or 12 times and have not once had any problems getting e-mail from Alin. Always replied back in a reasonable time. Alin is the Man!!!!!

This person is a scammer and is no longer on this board for that reason!! Alin is the most positively spoken of source on almost every major board on the internet!! His customer service is unmatched and his integrity is second to none!!! You will not find better/cheaper products anywhere, topped only by his relationship to his customers!!! You will only be pleased by his excellent, unbeatable service!!!

I have edited your order number (too much information for the board). As you have read in this thread, some accounts do not work. Email Alin from a different account, it could possibly be a problem on your end.........

Depending on whether or not you already have one,,,set up a cyber-rights.net account, I have never had any problems with cyber-rights before. Other accounts (even if you have received amils from Alin before), may not work all the time. As for me editing your order number, that is for your own protection to keep your order from being comprimised. Just try setting up a cyber-rights account and we'll go from there.

Bro if it is your email check to see if you're spamming him out and if not then create a new account somewhere and resend with order # in subject line...

I made my first order, and followed all of the instructions... sent it via WU have the receipt and everything... but never got an email with the refference number... I only placed the order yesterday, so perhaps I wont get a ref. # until the money is picked up? I dont knoe, but if anyone knows anything I would love to be reassured that everything is A-OK.

Hehe, yesterday? I'm surprised you haven't received the whole order yet. :D Na, but for real, you're going to have to have patience. It takes time to pick up the WU and confirm prior to sending out emails. Please give it a week or so before getting nervous again...lol

Sorry. I just thought it said you would get an email with your order number in it right after you sent it. Like an automatic reply or something at least; but it is good to know that’s not the case. If I don’t hear anything in a week what should I do?

After you enter MTCN and SEND ORDER trough shop you will get a instant message , displayed on alinshop with your order reference number.
I changed procedure so you dont need to receive emails with that number, but better you get it instantly on shop when you complete order.
