Would I just get a nasty letter or do they come down hard on this stuff. Ive seen other people post on boards they get stuff ceased and dont mention any fines etc but on tv I see cops taking names and kicking ass over roids at customs.

My address isn't flagged and I'd be ordering 'Stealth' test cyp.

Any 1st hand knowledge on the subject would be great if you could share

Cheers

no need to panic my friend, you are only gonna be ordering a few hundred dollars of gear at most, customs or the police aint gonna launch an all out raid on youre house over it
its just not cost affective for them to do so at the most youre shit be seized and the house flagged but its known as stleath for that very reason
also with xmas coming up the postal services work load is at least doubled so take it as a good oppurtunity to get youre goodies in safe and sound
i wouldnt be sweatimg it when you hear of these busts there usually talking bout big seizures costing alot of dollars

and i lost near 60$ , just this.

If they want u on something else they will launch, or if they have been watching lots of packs go thru & they document but let pass, then seize this 1 its possible Idk. But i do no if they want u on something else this is perfect opp, for them 2 get insisde, so evaluate ur sittuation & if u dont fit into 1 of those brackets dont sweat it.

yea man, unless they have other shit on you, they'll just send you a letter saying they have your stuff and you can either let them destroy it or fight for obtaining it in a court case. they give you a form to fill out to mail in and let them know what you want to do, and they say its ok to not respond at all. but im pretty sure youre safe with stealth and alin, alin seems to have his ways of getting through those assholes at customs. and as lostwars said, christmas time is perfect, hit them when theyre down.

yeah i'm sure all you'll get is a letter. also don't think customs hasn't caught on to the stealth. it will get seized like anything else. they've known about it for awhile unless the packaging has been changed up recently.

the problem though, is that they cant prove you were the one who ordered it. it may be shipped to your address, but you could claim you have no idea what they are talking about and somebody else could have ordered the stuff to your house. unless they are logging your computer, phone, credit cards, bank accounts and any other thing that could possibly link you to it, they have no proof that you ordered it.

No proof? How difficult do you think it is to obtain payment records?

First time, I had my door knocked down at 7am by Aust Customs and Feds pointing guns over $160 worth of d-bol.

Second time, 6 months later, they intercepted a parcel of gear to my mates old house. They stalked his house until they saw him and followed him to my house where he moved too. They got a warrant and the following day, at 7am again, the raid happened.

3rd time, a couple of years later, they intercepted a package to someone in the other side of the city. Since I am **************n, and this package came from **************, and since they knew me by now, they were able to get a warrant and raid my house trying to say that I ordered the goods. This time they raided at 1pm - they were more considerate...

None of these ended up with a conviction, as there were no controlled deliveries, I have never even sighted the packages and there was no proof I had ordered or expecting them.

Bottom line, they will pull all stops to go after you when they are looking for gear. And did you know, that you don't need a judge here to sign of a warrant - just a JP?

People here get raided by the cops and customs over DHEA packages sent by GNC USA. You got to be real stupid to order gear to Aust.

if you payed using cash with western union, with fake names numbers etc. it would be difficult. i dont know how it is in australia, but in the us what i said can work.

It doesn't matter. Read post #9 and then #10. Realize what's going on if ordering to OZ.

gotcha. im in the us, so i speak from a us standpoint. that excuse though will probably turn out better than saying "yeah its mine" unless they already have proof, but then again ive never been in the situation
