Ephedrine ...

Does anyone know what should be a daily dosage for ephedrine..? Or would it be better to start with a small dose to asses the tolerance to see what one could handle..? Also for an ECA stack where could I find caffine..? any help here would be great...

I always bought my eca stacks when they were still legal and in one pill. I don't know the exact dosages but I am pretty sure vivarin pills are caffeine. I am almost positive no doz or one of those are caffeine pills. just check the labels at the store. good luck sorry I couldn't help witht he dosages.

thats what i figured but i just wanted to be sure there wasnt something i could get at like gnc or vitaminshop that was a raw form of it... and i havent been able to find a reliable source that has ECA.. (AHEM ALIN...lol) but thanks for the info...

i take 2 25mg tabs of ephedrine
1 large cup black coffee
and 1 aspirin
this needs to be taken at the same time
you can use nodoze for caffiene but its exspensive

thanks anaholic but since im not a coffee drinker ill use the nodoze..lol hate the taste of coffee especially black... but definatly not a bad idea...:)

the stack doesnt work for a coffee drinker, the benefits of the caffein are lost if you use it every day, thats why you take it 2 days on 2 days off

im looking at the back a bottle of the "original" ripped fuel by twinlab and it states:

chromium(from chromium picolate) 300mcg

Mahuang Exact (aerial parts) 334 mg
(standardized for 20mg ephedra alkaloids)

guarana seed extract(200mg of caffeine) 910mg

L-carnitine (from L-carnitine L-tartrate) 100mg


this is a two cap dose at 3 times a day before meals. not to exceed 6. start with half to asses tolerance.

ECA stack is ephedrine 25mg, caffine tab 200mg & ASA 100-325 mg. Take this stack 3 times a day. You can buy caffine tabs from twinlabs or other supplement companies.
