Has anyone read L. Rea's - Chemical_Muscle_Enhancement and Building the Perfect Beast? After skimming through, I did not understand the concept of some of the cycles. What are your thoughts?

I've read them both...I agree and disagree with some of his method's.
much better regimens available IMO.
