i'm 8 weeks into my first test/deca cycle. i'm currently on 700mg test & 560mg deca p/week. just starting to get a little bit of swelling, nothing too serious but i'd like to keep it under control as i'll probably up my dose at about 10 weeks also. i have some letro here, will that alone suffice, and if so at what dosage and for how long should i take it to reverse just the first signs of gyno?

yeah that's what i feared. i know i should be taking cabaser but #1 i can't get it, and #2 i don't like the sound of the possible side effects etc. maybe i'll have to stay away from progestins altogether in the future. that would be bad. i'm 38, training on and off for more than 20 years, 180cm, 110kg, 19" bicep, bodyfat too high and this is my second real cycle( apart from a terrible stanazol only cycle in the 90s). my first being test e only.

You know the gyno is't going to just go away don't you? You'll need something. I personally get sick as fuck of bromo but it does the trick. Also remember you've got another few weeks of deca chilling in your system so chance are that the gyno will continue to get worse before it gets better...

before you know it you'll be playing with your new set of titties.

Before you freak out, take a few things into consideration. Don't pay too much heed to the advice given in the above post. Are you sure that it is gyno? If you are lactating then its obviously the deca. That being the case, be resoursefull and get some bromo online somewhere. Check out some things such as b6, L-dopa, etc that can bring the prog down in the meantime. Believe it or not they can work.

If it's not prog related then you already have all the tools already at your disposal to fight it. Don't panic either way.

One last thing to keep in mind is get that body fat down before getting on cycle. It always makes it easier to discern a little puffiness vs. gyno.

great post! that's the kind of info i was after. i actually have been taking a shitload of B6, and it has been doing the job obviously. i got lazy and only took 1 or 2 200mg doses a day for a while, when i had been taking (200mg 3 x day) 600mg every day without fail, and that's when i started to puff up a little. since i noticed the signs i have gone back to taking it strictly, and it is calming down. in fact this morning it has almost gone. i will for sure take your advice and get some bromo just in case the B6 stops being effective. thanks mate.

I thought I read somewhere that Letro will stop progesterone related problems as well since it inhibits all estrogen anyways. I could be totally wrong. Can someone please learn me?

good question! firstly what we're dealing with is progestin sides, progesterone is a naturally occuring hormone. nandrolone and trenbolone are synthetic hormones and therefore classed as progestins, so strictly speaking it's progestin related gyno. i think the answer to your excellent question is no. as progesterone/progestins are distinct from estrogen they are not inhibited by the same mechanisms that estrogen is inhibited by. let's keep in mind also that there are two forms of estrogen also (if memory serves), estrone=E1 and estradiol=E2 which are themselves inhibited in varying degrees by different agents.
bump for someone who knows the full and correct answer. i need more learning on the topic too.

Bring your adex on at .50mg ED for now... drop your deca to 400 mg... see what that does over the next 10 days... you can get bromo and caber very easily... Most guys are prone to water retention around the nipples with higher concentrations of test and androgens... what you think is gyno might not be..

follow panthers words... watch it closely

YOU may need some bromocriptine and/or dostinex
