I am going to start my 2nd cycle and I had this in mind:

Test E 1-12 weeks
Deca 1-10 weeks
Winny 8-12 weeks

PCT Nolva/clomid

Is their any reason to use Nolva through the whole cycle or just for PCT/or when I see side effects? Is this a 2nd good cycle? My first cycle was the newbee silver 2.

1. post your stats
2. deca is too short run it at least 12 weeks
3. neva run nolva with deca
4. keep adex on hand
5. keep bromo or caber on hand
6. what dose are you running them

this post is so vague so its hard to answer. what dose?? me personally i dont use any anti estrogens except for pct. i keep my dose low in the modest range. im in tuned with my body and i can feel when my estrogen is high. then i might take some to get me through the bloat.

Test Enan 500mg wk 1-12
Deca 400mg wk 1-10
Winny 50mg/day week 8-12

Nolva/Clomid PCT

Week 13 - 40mg nolva 100mg clomid daily
Week 14 - 30mg nolva 50mg clomid daily
Week 15 - 20mg nolva 50mg clomid daily

Will start pct 2 weeks after last injection so it would start in week 14 not 13.

just curious your personal reasons for running deca. ive been going back and forth between deca and eq for my next cycle. trying to get opinions thx

Run a small dose AI (arimidex,,letrozole) over your entire cycle. Use the NOLVA for PCT.
